Squat Technique
Learn how to squat with proper form!

Squat technique is something most weightlifters never get right! You need to learn how to do squats properly.

When you learn how to squat properly, you will build strength and muscle that you wouldn't believe! Squats are the King of all exercises. So, lets learn how to do them correctly...

Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe

You'll hear me talk a lot about the book Starting Strength. I talk about this book and push this book because it is the best book on learning proper weight lifting technique.

Nothing compares! You will not find a better book on weight lifting technique. Guaranteed.

This book is one of the best investments you can make when trying to learn how to perform squats properly.
You'll learn many other exercises, but Squats are an unbelievable exercise.

Before you buy the book, though, I want to show you more about what you'll get in this book.

I'm going to give you some video previews of the type of information you'll get from Mark Rippetoe. You can then decide for yourself if the book is worth the money.

The book provides in depth information on squatting properly including pictures and detailed discussion of every aspect of the squat. You can even read previews of the book by clicking the link to the book above.

Let's get started learning proper squat technique...

The man doing the teaching in the videos below is Mark Rippetoe; the author of Starting Strength. He has taught some of the greatest athletes in the world how to squat properly!

The Barbell Squat - The Best Compound Exercise!

I want you to watch all of those videos very closely and pay attention. You won't need to learn from anyone else. This is a USA Weight Lifting Senior Coach! This is how you squat!

Pay attention to the setup. Watch where the bar is placed in the rack before unracking the weight. Look and see where the hands are placed and look at the grip on the bar. Notice the weight of the bar is not in the hands. The hands are simply keepin the bar from sliding down the back.

Look at the position of the elbows. Notice the hip drive coming out of the bottom of the squat. Pay attention to the breathing. A squat is a complex movement because it uses so many muscles in the body!

Purchase the book today and make the best investment in your weight lifting. This book will keep you from injuring yourself throughout your weight lifting career. And you'll make faster progress. So, yes, it's worth the money!

Help me put an end to the craziness!

I'm tired of seeing all the bad information about squats. I hear people say they are bad for your knees, bad for your back, a doctor said they weren't natural, a personal trainer teaching someone bad form, and on, and on...

Squats can be bad for you if you don't learn how to squat properly. Squat technique must be learned and must be perfected! Become an expert on the Squat and help me put an end to all the craziness out there.
