If you can’t lift heavier weights over time, you can’t provide your muscles with a load they are not accustomed to.
Do you know the most important factor in building muscle?
Yes, that’s right! Applying a load that your muscles have never experienced is the most important muscle building factor.
And in order to continue applying a larger load, you MUST build strength.
Bigger Muscle = Greater Potential for Strength
Let’s face it, the bigger a muscle, the greater potential that muscle has to be stronger. A muscle can only get so strong.
When you build muscle with the WLC System, you will try to maximize your strength gains also.
As you gain more strength, you will be able to use this strength to build even more muscle. When you build larger muscles, you will use the larger muscles to build more strength. You will not pit the two against each other like so many other programs. You will use both.

Most likely, the man with larger arms is much stronger due to his size BUT that’s not always the case. Bigger doesn’t mean stronger.
An increase in muscle size on the SAME PERSON means that person has a greater strength potential but it doesn’t mean they have reached that potential.
I’m sure you’ve seen smaller people in your life that ended up being really strong. Just because you are bigger than another person… it definitely doesn’t mean you are stronger.

Do You Know Why So Many Other Programs Fail?
All of those other programs fail because they fail to recognize that in order to build more muscle, you need more strength and in order to build more strength, you need more muscle.
So, WLC will focus on building maximum size with your current strength levels.
As you build more size, WLC uses this new size to build even more strength. And the cycle continues on and on and so does your success.
With WLC, you will be able to increase strength without fighting so hard every workout.
There’s no reason to kill yourself each and every workout when you simply do not need to. You won’t have to go to utter and complete failure to get results.
No Plateaus With the WLC System
You won’t reach a plateau using the WLC System (if you do, you’ll know how to handle it and you won’t have one for long).
That statement right there is a very strong statement.
But, as you learn more about diet and more about the WLC System, you will learn how to make continuous progress. As you become better at making adjustments, you prevent any plateau.
