One of the huge issues most people have when they begin a new diet or try to start eating healthier is the urge to eat junk food.
For some people, it’s easy to resist the urge to eat junk foods and go on eating binges.
For others, though, it’s tough to turn down the junk food.
Many times, we crave junk food and just have to get some. When I say junk food, I am talking about all fast food, cookies, chips, ice cream, some so-called health food like protein bars, etc.
Some food manufacturers even put ingredients that are known to increase hunger and cravings for that food.

Second step you need to take is to start planning the way you are going to eat as given within the WLC System and stick to that plan.
The best method for avoiding junk food is to plan a meal every 3 hours upon waking up until you go to bed.
Each meal you eat throughout the day should be balanced. This means a good protein source, a natural carbohydrate source, and a source of essential fats.
When you eat balanced meals, you get al the nutrients you need which will cut out cravings. The essential fats will slow down digestion and make the meal last longer.
In the process, you won’t get hungry and you won’t be tempted to eat junk food.
Since you’re eating once every 3 hours, you won’t feel the need to eat anything in between because you just won’t be hungry.
You’ll feel better and start to look even better.
Yes, It Takes Some Time and Some Planning
To plan a good diet for yourself, you need to do some research and follow the guidelines within the WLC System.

Avoiding junk food can be difficult because we can get addicted to fast food and junk food. I’ve been there myself and stopped it by following the advice I am giving you on this page.
Eating healthy and balanced meals every 3 hours throughout the day will fix your addiction to binging and junk food.
And yes, it is hard work to get everything planned out. But we do make it easier for you with the WLC System.
Once you get in a groove and start eating every 3 hours, you won’t even think about fast food or junk food.
You’ll also start to see amazing results when you look in the mirror.
Keep Yourself From Going Past the Hungry Point
If you stop and notice when you start eating junk food, you’ll realize that it always happens when you’re past the point of being hungry.
This usually happens about 3 hours after a meal for many people. That number can be different for different people.
You might even crave junk food earlier if you’re addicted to it.
If you can keep yourself from getting hungry throughout the day by eating your regularly scheduled meals that fill you up, then you will cut down on the amount of junk food you are eating.
Junk food will kill you.
So give the methods we’ve discussed a shot and you’ll be very happy.
Cut out the soda. Drink water. Cut out the coffee. Drink water. Cut out the sugary fruit juices. Drink water. Eat healthy, eat balanced meals, eat every 3 hours until it’s time to go to bed.

Some Examples of Junk Food That Will Have You Wanting More…
Eat a bowl of sugary cereal for breakfast. You’ll be starving an hour later and want more.
Instead, have some old fashioned oatmeal with a little peanut butter mixed in and a few drops of pure maple syrup. Add 2 whole eggs to the side and some strawberries you can mix into the oatmeal.
That meal will keep you healthy, full, and satisfied until your next meal which will be 3 hours later.
I hope you see the difference there.
The first meal will spike your insulin levels and crash your blood sugar. When that happens, you want more to eat. You start craving for more junk food.
The second meal will keep your blood sugar at stable levels, and keeps the release of insulin at much lower levels.
That’s why I highly recommend you eat balanced and healthy meals throughout the day.
Carbohydrates on their own can cause cravings… an example, just a piece of fruit with nothing else.
So have a balanced meal with lean protein, natural carbohydrates, and essential fats.
