You don’t have to purchase an expensive grinder because we’re not grinding coffee here. We’re grinding oats.
You’re going to want to buy the old fashioned oats and not the quick oats.
If you set your grinder setting on fine, you will have oats that you can drink down with water. You won’t even need to chew or hardly even taste the oats.
Now that’s the way for me. Because I sure don’t like eating those plain bowls of oatmeal. Without the extra syrup and peanut butter, it’s tough for me to eat a large bowl of oats.
A Perfect Meal You Can Quickly And Easily Make…
I don’t know about perfect, but this meal will be a very nutritious one. All you need to do is measure out the amount of oats that you need and put them in your new grinder.
Grind them up and put them in your blender bottle along with your protein and you’ll have a nutritious breakfast that you can add your milk, fatty acid oils, or whatever else you want to add.
If you’re in a hurry like I am in the morning, this is the perfect breakfast. Heck, even throw in some green foods for an even more nutritious meal.

2 scoops whey protein
1/2 cup ground oats
2 cups of skim milk
1 tablespoon of olive oil
