The weight
lifting accessories discussed on this page will help you
build muscle and lose fat. They will not directly help you get bigger
and stronger, but they will help lead you to that body of your dreams.
A physical and mental advantage is gained when using some of the weight
training accessories on this page. Look over them, read about them,
learn how they've helped me, and decide if any of them are right for
you.

- New Grips Weight Lifting Gloves
I
have been using these weight lifting gloves for a few years now, and I
still use my very first pair. They are in great shape! You will get
instant strength gains when you use these as your new weightlifting
glove. These gloves eliminated the wrist and forearm problems I was
having.
- Manta Ray Squat Device
This
is a squat device for those of you that like to do olympic style full
squats. The high bar squat is made much easier with this weightlifting
device. I've been using this squat device for a long time, and I highly
recommend it to you.
- Weight Lifting Wrist Straps
Wrist
straps are a favorite of mine because grip strength is not a priority
of mine when doing many of the best weight lifting exercises. I like to
focus on the muscle group I am working instead of worrying about my
grip giving out. Build more muscle with wrist straps!
- Plate Mates
Save
lots of money with plate mates! If you haven't purchased a set of
dumbbells, read this review first. Plate mates will attach to the end
of your hex dumbbells to give you smaller increments for your workouts.
- Weight Lifting Shoes
A
good pair of weightlifting shoes is invaluable to your muscle building
efforts. The shoes you wear for your workouts effect more than you
realize. Get a good pair of shoes to use only for your workouts!
- TK Knee Bands
If
you've ever had knee problems, you'll definitely want to take a look at
this weight training accessory. Even if you haven't had knee problems,
it's important to keep your knees warm during your workout. Your knees
will feel like brand new after using these!
- TK Elbow Bands
Your
elbows are very important so do not take them for granted. You need to
keep your elbows warm during your workouts. TK Bands really keep your
joints warm and lubricated. You've got to give these a try!
- TK Waist Band
The
TK Waist Band is one of my favorite weight lifting accessories. This
band keeps my lower back and abdomen area warm throughout the workout.
Lower back problems? Give this a try!
- Wrist Wraps
I've
always had trouble with my wrists. I have very small joints overall,
but my wrists are very small. I can easily touch my middle finger when
wrapping my fingers around my wrists. I protect my wrists by using
wrist wraps to give me greater support during my weight lifting
workouts.
- Extreme Calf Block
A
good calf block is important for working your calves. Range of motion
with your calf exercises is very important. The extreme calf block
allows you to get an even greater range of motion on your calf
exercises. If you want to build bigger calves, you've got to get one of
these!
- Power Hooks
I
spent some money on Power Hooks, and I've got to tell you that I was
truly disappointed in them. They are very awkward to use! I tried over
and over to use these. They are very hard to use to unrack the weight,
and it's tough to find a place for them. I would not spend the money on
them.
- Balance Pads
I
recently purchased a balance pad to use for calf exercises. I do not
like it at all for any weight lifting uses. I do not recommend this
product. Save your money.
- Foam Roller
You
have to get a foam roller! Foam rollers are absolutely amazing for deep
massage. You will be able to get rid of many aches and pains you have
using the foam roller. They are cheap and absolutely invaluable.
 You
really should give some of the weight training accessories above a try.
