Lifting Complete for? Why did I create this website?
Let's talk about some basics...
When you first visited Weight Lifting Complete you may have wondered, is this
website for me?
You might have thought that this website is only for bodybuilders
looking to get huge. You might have thought this site is only for men
or women.
You may have thought that there's just too much to learn. You may
have thought that you don't need all of this to get the body you want.
This website is for regular people who are looking to get a better
looking body, a healthier body, and a stronger body. This website is
for men and women alike. Our bodies work the same when it comes to
building muscle and losing fat!
Everyone I know and have known in the past are looking to get a better
looking body, healthier body, and a stronger body.
Deep down inside the human body there's this urge to improve yourself!
I know you've felt it before. And this site will help you finally take
control of that urge and start working on your body.

this site is for everyone! I want to help you finally calm that urge to
improve your body.
Weight Lifting Complete will finally help you get the body you've
always wanted. Set your mind to do something and do it until you get
what you want. Work hard. Work harder. Work until you get the body you

I will make that journey easier for you through this website. You will
learn everything you need to know to build the body of your dreams!
Now, let's get started.
You can control your results
No matter what your goals may be, everyone has to go through the same
basic components of an exercise program. If you want to build muscle
and look like a bodybuilder, you have to lift weights, eat a healthy
diet, and do cardiovascular exercise.
If you want to get a six pack fast, you have to lift weights, eat a
healthy diet, and do cardiovascular exercise. If you want to look
better overall, guess what? You have to lift weights, eat a healthy
diet, and do cardiovascular exercise.
Everyone must lift weights, eat a
healthy diet, and do cardio! Weight Lifting Complete focuses on these three components.
From there, you will control your results by manipulating your weight
lifting program, diet, and cardio program. You control the results you
get! It's that simple. I will teach you how to control the results you
are getting.
Many times, women worry about getting big when lifting weights. This is
a myth, lie, load of garbage, or anything else you want to call it!
Building large amounts of muscle is not easy! You have to eat tons of
food, lift huge amounts of weight, and you have to know what you're
doing! Building large amounts of muscle doesn't just happen magically.
You
are in total control at all times. Changes in your body take time. If
you get to a point where you don't want to build any more muscle, you
can make the necessary changes. No worries.
To get the body you want, you
must build muscle and lose fat. You will only concentrate
on one of these goals at a time. Building muscle and losing fat is not
just for bodybuilders! You must go through muscle building periods and
fat loss periods. Weight Lifting Complete recommends you only focus on one at a time over a period of a few months.
Concentrating on muscle building or fat loss is the fastest way to get
to your goals, whatever they may be.
Your focus to get to your goals should be to get stronger in the muscle
building rep ranges, improve your diet by only eating the best foods,
and improve your cardiovascular endurance and performance.
Concentrate on those 3 goals above and you will get the body of your
dreams. Use this website as your guide to meet the goal that you want
for yourself.
Results to Expect for both Male
and Female
Results will depend on how hard you are willing to work. Results will
be maximized with an exercise program consisting of weight lifting,
diet, and cardio. Weight Lifting Complete will help you maximize your results.
Teenagers
People in their teenage years will be able to get the fastest results
when it comes to building muscle and losing fat. Hormones play a huge
role in building muscle, and the teenage years provide an optimal
muscle building environment. Teenagers should always focus on building
muscle unless the individual is overweight.
Overweight
People who have been overweight all their life with a high body fat
percentage will get very fast results in terms of fat loss. These
people will have to focus on fat loss until they are at a healthy body
fat percentage. Never go by the BMI Chart. ALways use body fat
percentage as an indicator.
Skinny
People who are skinny and have trouble building muscle will have to
focus on building muscle and gaining weight while lifting weights. If
you aren't gaining weight, you simply aren't eating enough. You can
gain weight! You simply have to eat more food.
Genetically Blessed
The genetically blessed people have a naturally higher amount of muscle
mass and less body fat. This group will get very fast results! Consider
yourself very lucky.
These people can do pretty much anything and eat anything and still
keep their six pack abs. You should never listen to these people for
advice because it's usually bad. They can get away with anything and
still keep a great looking body!
Never let this group of people get you discouraged. If you are not this
type, as most people aren't, don't let them talk you into bad habits.
Use Weight Lifting Complete as your guide and keep going. Let all of
that other stuff bounce right off of you.
Normal
Let's just say you can't categorize yourself into any of the above!
That's me as well as many of you reading this. I've had to work hard
for my results each and every day. You should expect the same.
Your results will come and they will come according to how hard you are
willing to work. Don't expect results when you put forth little effort.
Results are not going to happen overnight.
You need to focus on being consistent, never missing workouts, not
cheating on your diet, doing your cardio, and eating the healthiest
foods available. You will get results! And you will meet your goals!
Everyone is Different!
All of you are different from one another. All of
you will get results at a different rate from others. Weight Lifting
Complete will teach you to how to get continuous results. You will
learn how to make changes in your diet, weight lifting, and cardio
programs to make optimal progress for you and not anyone else!
Set your mind right now to achieve the body you've always wanted. From
here on out, move forward towards your dream body. Never go backwards!
