The
WLC weightlifting program is a 12 week weight lifting program designed
to help you build muscle fast. Some people have trouble understanding
the entire program. I've provided a free weight lifting program chart
for download right here on this page to help you understand the outline
of the program.
The free download on this page can be used
to design your WLC Program from scratch and provides you with an easy
way to keep track of your progress! You can use this spreadsheet as
your weight lifting log to track your progress.
Print out
each worksheet and take them with you to the gym for each workout. Plan
each workout using that part of the spreadsheet before you go to the
gym. Know what you're doing before you go to the gym, work hard and
focus during your workout, and get out of there.
Start the
muscle building process as soon as possible after each workout. Get
that post workout shake down the hatch and start the recovery process!

Feel free to customize the workout charts however you'd like to meet
your needs and goals. Remember to follow WLC Program principles to
build the maximum amount of muscle.
Just remember that to use the rising up period, the intensity weeks,
the recovery weeks if needed, the awakening period, the retire week,
and more! Read everything about the WLC Program before customizing
anything.
Remember, the WLC Program has you increase the amount of weight you
lift over the weeks by decreasing reps. You will build strength fast
and build muscle very quickly when eating to gain weight! The WLC
Program is a proven muscle building program!
