Weight Lifting Routines for Women
So many questions!

I see and get so many questions about weight lifting routines for women. I want to set everyone straight once and for all about weight lifting for women. I had to write this article because it's been bugging me so much lately!

Why does everyone, including some women, think that women are so much different than men when it comes to lifting weights. Some women weight lifters probably go crazy hearing and seeing all the bad information out there about weight lifting routines for women. It really is ridiculous!

We all lift weights to build muscle!

We lift weights to build muscle and get stronger. No matter if you're man, woman, animal, alien, or cartoon, we all lift weights to build muscle and get stronger! Why else would we lift weights? I think some men get intimidated by a woman that lifts weights just because they're scared that the woman might be stronger than themselves. Absolutely ridiculous. Check this woman out deadlifting over 480 pounds for 6 reps! I'll admit that there are many women out there that are much stronger than I am!

So, I want everyone to stop thinking that women are so much different than men when it comes to weight lifting. It is very annoying. We are all here to lift weights, build muscle, and get stronger! If you're here to lose fat, you should still be focusing on getting stronger in the gym. Getting stronger and building muscle will lead to more fat loss and easier fat loss!

Weight Lifting Routines for Women

Weight lifting routines, as I've discussed before, are useless because they are usually single workouts with no plan for progression of any kind! If you have no plan to progress, why are you lifting weights, eating well, and doing your cardio? You want to get better, right? Lift weights to progress. Get stronger and build muscle by progressing.

How do you progress? Well, you start a good weight lifting program designed to help you progress. The WLC Program is designed to help you progress! You will start out lifting a lighter weight for more reps at the beginning of each WLC cyle, and you'll end lifting a much heavier weight for lower reps at the end of the WLC cycle. You will build muscle along the way! And that new muscle will lead to fat loss!

There's no need for any workout routines! You'll have a plan from the beginning of each weight lifting cycle to the end of each cycle with the WLC Program. The plan will help you to progress, get stronger, and build muscle. If you're trying to lose weight, a weight lifting program will make your efforts even easier. You'll get to where you want to be much faster, and you'll be able to keep that fat off! Muscle burns calories. The more muscle you have, the more calories you're burning! Start weight lifting today. I guarantee that you'll love it!

One more just for fun! I love weight lifting...

That's over 400 pounds there! Great bench there and a very strong woman. Those are powerlifters, and I focus much more on building muscle and a great looking body on this website! Those women are focusing purely on strength. So know the difference there. We will focus on lifting weight for more reps, building muscle, getting stronger, and losing fat!
