Sometimes the same old weight training exercises just get a little boring. Especially after you've been a weight lifter for so many years.

Sometimes you just need something weird and unusual to get your interest flowing again.

Did you know that some of the weight lifting exercises that you hate the most are probably the ones that are most effective in building a better body?

Everyone has exercises that they hate ... most likely you hate them because they are VERY difficult for you.

If you have the mindset of a warrior, you'll take those exercises that you simply hate and fight them head-on for a few months. You'll get as strong as possible on those exercises and your body will totally transform.

Take those difficult exercises that you hate and use them to your advantage. I've seen it so many times before. The exercises that are tough for people are the ones that produce the biggest results. The exercises differ between people so you have to see which ones are tough for you.

If A Cancer Survivor Can Do It...
What's Holding You Back?


Hello Josh,

Just wanted to let you know that I continue to greatly improve with the wlc program.

I am doing this program with my doctors permission.You see Josh,am a 59 year old man with a very sick body.

Since 2006 i have gone thru cancer surgery,36 rounds of radiation which left me very weak,diabetes,neurophaty,high blood pressure and a few other things and about 50 lbs.of excess weight.

But I believe that I can heal my body, and I will do it with the wlc program. Thanks to you and your program am on my way to full recovery.

I realize that it all start in your mind. New way of thinking, good nutrision and a great exercise program are my tools.

Sucsess is my only option.

Failure in my case means early death.

I have lost 18 pounds and counting,am feeling stronger and faster,my high blood pressure is dropping fast.

I am very happy and so is my family. They can see that am changing my life in all aspects.

Sorry for the long e mail but I wanted you to know what you and the WLC are doing for me. Your program is doing what a bunch of medicines cant do,giving me a new body and a new way of life.
