All you need to do to find images of people you want to look like is go to Google Image Search and enter search phrases like slim waistline, great abs, muscular and ripped, bodybuilder, and similar terms. If you already know of someone you want to look like, you can enter their name.
Once you find some images that really motivate you, I want you to save them to your hard drive. If you can print them out, do so. You will be using these images each and every day.
Tip: Make sure to use Safe Search with Google Image Search or you can get some pretty nasty images. You don’t want that.
Take your time finding some good images. These images should really motivate you… they should be very high quality images showing detail.
Finding good images are VERY important so please take the time to find some good ones. You will use these to visualize the body you want.
