I want you to realize before we go any further that whey protien is nothing spectacular compared to other sources of protein.
Whey powder
does have some advantages over whole food sources of protein, and I
will go over these advantages, but I don't want you to think that
protein powder is going to turn you into the Hulk overnight because it won't.
There is nothing magical out there in the world of weight lifting and supplements. Steroids are the only thing close and they are
unsafe and illegal for good reasons.
Whey
is one of the best weight lifting supplements available and it is
definitely not magical. Make sure you realize that great muscle
building and fat loss results are a combination of a good weight
lifting, diet, and cardiovascular program!
