A whole food diet is VERY, VERY powerful. Why and how is it so powerful?
Natural foods contain substances that can heal our bodies and provide our bodies with everything that
it needs to keep us in top notch condition.
If you are serious about being healthy and having a body that will LAST throughout your life, you should
pay special attention to the information you're going to read on this page.
Make sure you are paying attention because this page WILL change your life. If you care about your family and
friends and want to be there for your children and grandchildren, you MUST change your eating habits TODAY.
We can't wait for you to see and feel the results once you start following the simple guidelines for a whole
food diet. Just wait... you will have a smile on your face every day because you'll look and feel so great.
It also feels wonderful to have peace of mind that you are doing everything you can to live a long and
healthy life. You'll never need anyone to take care of you -- ever.
Here's Exactly What We Mean When We Use the Term 'Whole Food Diet'
When we say whole foods we mean foods in their natural form.
For example, instead of eating instant packets of oatmeal with added sugars for flavoring you would
instead choose old fashoined oats and add some pure and natural maple syrup for a little flavor.
And guess what?
Those old fashioned oats and a little maple syrup will taste MUCH better and will be
MUCH better for you. You'll begin to enjoy a whole food diet much better than your current diet.
So, just to give you a little test...
Would you choose to eat chicken nuggets or a grilled chicken breast?
Which one is closer to its natural form? You would definitely choose the chicken
breast, right?
Food, in it's natural state, is VERY powerful. That's what makes a whole food diet so powerful... THE FOOD!
We start to get into serious trouble when we begin to alter that food.
Refined Foods Will Literally Suck The Life Right Out of You...
I'm going to tell you more about refined foods and what to look for on food labels so you can avoid ANY refined
foods.
Remember, these substances are poison to your body. Your body has to use vitamins and minerals just to get rid of these
substances.
So these are 'double whammies' ... they do not add any nutrients to your body and rob your body of other nutrients
you need. Here they are:
Refined Sugars Are All Around You... They're Everywhere!!!
Next time you eat something or buy something at the grocery, take a look at the
list of ingredients. Does it include any of these?
- Beet Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- Cane Sugar
- Confectioner's Sugar
- Corn Syrup
- Demerera
- Dextrose
- Granulated Sugar
- Grape Sugar
- High Fructose Corn Syrup
- High Maltose Corn Syrup
- Maltodextrin
- Molasses
- Muscavado Sugar
- Raw Sugar
- Refined Sugar
- Sucrose
- Table Sugar
- Turbinado Sugar
- White Sugar
Some manufacturers know that we're becoming more aware of the crap they put in
our food... they try to hide some of the substances listed above by using slightly
different names.
If you see anything that is remotely close to the ingredients shown above, stay
away.
The Creation of Trans Fats... They Will Kill You!
Trans fats are also everywhere. Some food manufacturers and fast food restaurants
have actually attempted to cut trans fats down... but their food is still very unhealthy
so what's the point anyway? Just don't eat fast food and you'll be safe.
Actually, don't eat any foods that contain any of these substances:
- Margarine
- Fried Foods
- French Fries
- Fried Chicken
- Biscuits
- Cookies
- Corn Chips
- Doughnuts
- Pastries
- Frostings
- Crackers
- Croutons
- Taco Shells
- Cake Frostings
- Shortening
- Refined Vegetable Oils
- Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils
- Cakes
You have to watch out for food labels that keep the serving size low and put
0 grams of trans fats due to rounding off.
A small serving size might have 0.2 grams of trans fats. A normal serving size
might actually take 5 servings so you have 1 gram of trans fats instead of ZERO.
You NEVER want to eat trans fats so be aware of foods that probably have trans
fats that are similar to the foods above.
Here's an example...
People believe that 'Wheat Thins' are healthy because they
have the word wheat in their name. Don't fall for stuff like that... Wheat Thins
are a refined food and are NOT healthy at all. You don't need them.
Natural foods are what our body needs. A whole food diet is THE WAY to go.
Eat Refined Foods and You Will Die Earlier Than Expected...
I don't mean to be harsh here, but this is something you NEED to know. Refined foods will kill you. A whole food diet includes ZERO
refined foods.
Here are just a few of the things that refined foods will lead to:
- Elevated risk of coronary heart disease
- Promote the development of Alzheimer's disease
- Increased risk of cancer
- Increased risk od diabetes
- Lead to obesity
- Increased weight gain
- Increased abdominal fat
- Decreased insulin sensitivity
- Decreased immune system function
- Liver dysfunction
- Greater risk of infertility
- Decreased essential fatty acid function
- Lower energy levels
- Increased fat storage
- Decrease in nutrient uptake
- Robs you of muscle building opportunities
- Robs you of fat loss opportunities
- Promotes headaches, other aches, and joint pains
How Does the Food You Eat Affect Your Life?
It's amazing that most people don't realize how much the food they eat affects their everyday life...
Got a headache? Hungry? Tired? Feeling sluggish today? Nervous for some reason? Can't think properly? Having trouble
making decisions? Hate work? Bad outlook on life? No sex drive?
Everything you do each day is affected by the food you eat. If you eat bad foods, expect to feel bad. Expect to NOT
have energy. Expect to feel like crap ALL DAY long. And then start the cycle again the next day.
As you eat bad foods, you feel bad every day, you gain unwanted body fat, and your health declines EACH and EVERY day.
Your body runs on food. Food is fuel for your body. That includes your brain, your muscles... EVERYTHING.
If you want to be better at everything that you do, feed your body the proper fuel to do so.
A whole food diet is THE WAY to a body that looks better, performs better, and feels better. Everyday life will get
easier for you and better for you. Your life WILL improve and that's a guarantee.
To summarize, the food you eat affects everything in your life... and I mean everything.
The World Will Change When We Begin To Give Our Bodies What They Really Need
The people throughout this world makes the world go round, right?
Have you ever thought about what makes the people go? What do we run
on every single day? We have to have fuel, right?
Food is our fuel, so you could say the food we eat is what makes the world go round. Make sense?
If our bodies could talk to us, they would tell us how much they HATE the food we're giving them.
They would tell us that we're killing them.
We've got to STOP feeding our bodies poison. Take a trip to the nearest fast food restaurant
and have some of that poison... Sure, it's fast and cheap. And it's killing you.
When we decide to put a STOP to the billion dollar food industries that DO NOT care about the health
of the world... and we START eating a whole food diet, the world WILL change.
Wouldn't you rather have your President eating good fuel each day? What about all the decision makers
throughout the world? Don't you think they need to have great fuel for their brains?
Do you know how many bad decisions are made each day because someone is in a bad mood over a headache
or some other health problem that nags at them each day?
Disasters, car wrecks, arguments, fights, problems that could have been solved but never were...
Deaths due to health problems. Heart attacks. Strokes. Cancer. The list goes on and on.
Most all of this can be prevented by changing the foods that we eat. A whole food diet packed full
of nutritious foods can change the world. And that, my friend, is the truth.

Once you start a whole food diet, you'll feel so much better. The natural foods will taste so
much better...
Many people don't want to give up french fries, chicken tenders, tacos, or those fast food hamburgers. But guess what?

you'll enjoy food much, much more when you start eating healthy.
For example, my lunch today consisted of some homeade meatloaf made with oats, lima beans, mashed potatoes, and some fresh broccoli.
It was very, very good. I watched as others ate fast food, and I wouldn't have traded my lunch for any of that.
So what foods should you be eating in a whole food diet?
Each and every meal that you have should be balanced. You should have
lean protein, natural carbohydrates, and essential fats with every meal.

Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...
Hi Josh,
Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and
have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while
exploring the entire package!!!).
I have to admit that over the past years
I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete
honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as
yours!!!
I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the
big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It
comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all
those programs which claim to 'lay it all out for you ... paint by numbers
... take you step-by-step', etc.but only one is deserving of these claims
... and it's yours.
I especially found the goal setting information to be
very, very comprehensive and so well laid out. I've read goal setting
books, articles, websites, etc. but never really applied any of it to my
endeavours in the gym.
Your system will have me going after my dream body
with a vengeance, as I will be commencing the program this coming Monday.
In previous years I was a chronic "routine/program hopper"; I'd spot yet
another new system I thought I would follow and away I'd go ... for about 3
weeks if I was lucky!
Despite all that, during some years I'd build a
little muscle, lose a little fat and start looking reasonable, then slack
off. I have a well equipped home gym which includes everything you
recommend.
I have always been good with my meal choices but the bottom line
is I was never consistent with anything!!!!
I have a very strong feeling
all that is about to end - pronto! I'm really looking forward to starting
the program Monday 30th August, and totally looking forward to some *real
results at last*.
Oh, by the way I am 56 years old and my long-term goal is
to have an awesome physique at 60 in comparison to the average one I had at
30.
