Why Weight Lifting
Weightlifting provides many benefits!
Why
weight lifting?
That's the question of the day! Why should you lift weights? I'm going
to answer this and many people aren't going to like it, including all
of those people giving out bad information about exercise, weight loss,
dieting, fat loss, and any other topic you can think of related to
fitness.
I get so sick of reading or seeing these exercise programs that all
they are supposed to do is help someone lose weight. They help them
burn calories and lose weight. That's simple! They take advantage of
everyone that falls for their exercise programs. They help them lose
weight! Do you know what that means?
Losing weight on most of these programs means losing fat and losing
muscle! These exercise programs don't care if you lose muscle. People
see success as losing weight. Losing weight is what the program was
intended to do so it must be good, right?
WRONG! Your goal is to hold onto
all of your muscle mass or, at the very least, the most amount of
muscle possible. I
wish people would stop being obsessed with only losing weight! Weight
loss alone is not the key!
Why Weight Lifting? Lift
Weights to Build Muscle!
Start losing fat and keeping your muscle or even
building new muscle!
Muscle is the most important factor for anyone wanting to lose fat. The
more muscle mass you have, the easier it will be for you to lose fat.
You will become a fat burning machine as you build more muscle.
Ensure you are progressing with your exercise or weight lifting
program and you will build muscle. When I say progress, I
mean that you are lifting more weight and performing more reps. If you
do this, you will build muscle! If you are trying to lose weight, you
will hold onto as much muscle as possible and you might even build
muscle!
Stop worrying about burning calories with your weight lifting programs.
The goal of any exercise program or weight lifting program should be to
build muscle. Any time you lift weights, you should strive to get
better!
Use Cardio and Diet
to Burn Fat!
We'll worry about burning fat with our cardio programs.
We'll use our diets to also help us burn fat and build muscle. We will
not worry about burning calories or burning fat with our weight lifting
program!!! Make sure you understand this concept.
Why
weight lifting? Well, here's your answer! We lift weights
to build
muscle. We do not lift weights to burn calories, though this may be a
side effect. To build muscle, we must get progressively stronger and
lift more weight and do more reps. This is why the WLC Program is so
good! We will build muscle together! The WLC Program is designed
to build muscle. You will not fail.
The WLC Program has you focus on a complete weight lifting program. I
teach you how to lift weights to build muscle, how to eat to build
muscle, how to eat to lose fat, how to do cardio to burn fat and become
healthier. I teach you everything you need to know that none of those
other programs will ever teach you. They just don't know how to teach
you or they just don't want you to know the truth. WLC teaches you the
truth!
