You can see from the table above that we will be using the same weight from your last workout of the previous week. We will be decreasing the reps from 5 to 4 to 3 as the week goes on. The weight will stay constant during this time. Do not be tempted to increase the weight or do more reps. We are doing it this way for a reason. Don't add more fatigue to your body by doing more! great things for your body You will most likely continue to build muscle during this week of Retire. Decreasing the volume and keeping the heavy weight constant will do great things for your body. I want you to keep your calories constant for this week while on your WLC diet. Don't decrease them. You'll have to go through this Retire period to understand what I'm talking about. You'll enjoy this week. Next week will be your well deserved break. During the retire week, you should focus on your form while continuing to lift heavy. Try to perfect your form on every rep. Besides a reduction in physical work, you will give yourself a mental break in knowing that you don't have to do as many reps. So, use this time to perfect your form while lifting heavy. Perfecting your form during this week may prevent you from injuring yourself in the future.
