Let's think about this for a second... Why would you go on a diet, lose some weight, go back to your old habits, and expect not to gain the weight back?
Weight loss programs are based on low calorie diets that STARVE your body. Your body needs a certain amount of nutrients to function properly. When you cut calories, you get cravings and you are MISERABLE.
Your body needs energy so it FEEDS off your muscle mass and not your body fat. You end up looking worse but you achieve a lighter body weight. A lighter body weight with more fat and less muscle is not good. You feel worse and look worse...
And the results are even worse when you go back to eating 'normal' again. You gain fat back very quickly.

Let's say you set a goal to lose 20 pounds as quickly as possible. That would make you happy, right? Let me give you an example that will help clear this up for you.
Scenario 1: You lose 20 pounds. You look in the mirror. You are definitely smaller, but you take a second look. You actually look like you have more body fat. You've even lost some of your muscle mass and tone.
Scenario 2: You lift weights. You eat more BUT improve the quality of the food you are eating. You do cardiovascular exercise. You end up weighing exactly the same but you look in the mirror and see the outline of your abs and you notice your muscle tone is great.
What would you rather have? Would you rather weigh less OR look great and feel great? The choice is easy.
Fat loss AND maintaining muscle or even building muscle is THE KEY to looking and feeling spectacular. Weight loss STINKS. Weight loss leaves you feeling horrible and looking horrible.

You might even think Salmon is healthy for you. Did you know that farm raised salmon is NOT healthy for you? Did you know that farm raised Salmon is injected with a dye to give it that pink color? Wild salmon is healthy -- not farm raised Salmon!
When you learn what is healthy for you and what you should actually be looking to buy inside a grocery store... You then start eating foods that your body truly needs...
That's when your body REALLY starts to change! You feel so great and look so great! The feeling is just awesome. I can't wait for you to see what it feels like to have HIGH energy levels all the time.
Have you ever heard someone say you should only work each muscle group once per week?
That myth alone is one of the BIGGEST myths and it has spread the internet like a wildfire. That myth takes people captive and hinders their results from the very beginning.
Let's say you work your biceps on Monday afternoon. By Wednesday afternoon, your biceps are ready to be worked again.
Yet, because some so called 'expert' on a message board said it's best to wait until next Monday... You waste 5 days waiting for your biceps to 'fully' recover.
Instead of listening to some so-called expert, you should listen to science and real world results:
Science tells us that a muscle can take much longer than a week to 'fully' recover. Science also tells us that muscle and strength building can be enhanced by working a muscle group before it has the chance to fully recover.

How much better and how much faster do you think your results will be when you work each muscle group 3 times per week compared to only once? Your results will be 3 times faster! So STOP listening to people who have no idea what they're talking about.

Do you need whey protein to make amazing results? No. Not even close. Whey protein is simply a fast acting protein that's good before and after workouts. It also allows you to have a quick liquid meal during the day.
Whey protein allows you to increase your protein intake without much effort. So, it's one of the good supplements BUT it isn't going to give you AMAZING results. The right workout program and the right foods will do MUCH, MUCH more for your results.
