How fast can I expect to lose weight?

This program does not focus on ab exercises at all! You might be thinking... WHAT? How am I supposed to get six pack abs without ab
exercises?

Is this program for older people?
The WLC Program is made for ANY human being... from the most out of shape and overweight people to the most fit individuals you've ever
seen. It works with the human body... if you've got a human body, this program will work!
If you're intimidated by weights or the gym, I teach you how to start your very own home gym. I started out the same way and continue to
lift weights in my home gym. This program is for complete beginners to the most advanced bodybuilders and athletes.
As always, though, you MUST check with your doctor to make sure it's safe for you to workout. If you can't workout or do certain exercises,
the diet and nutrition section alone is worth MUCH more than the cost of this program.
What's great about the WLC Program, though, is that we teach you how to start out slow and easy with every workout program. You then
increase the intensity when you are ready.

Can overweight people use this program?

Does this program work for skinny guys and girls?
If you are skinny, you probably have always been skinny and have had trouble putting on muscle in the past. If you think you want to gain
weight, you should think again... Your goal should be to build muscle. Body fat is unhealthy and looks bad.
Instead of focusing on weight gain, the WLC System will teach you how to easily build muscle. You'll learn how to lift weights, and how to
eat the right foods to help you put on lean muscle mass.

Am I too young to follow the WLC Program?
You MUST ask your parents and your doctor if it's okay to undertake a weight training program and to start eating healthy foods.
I recommend that anyone age 15 and above who is healthy and has permission from their doctor and parents can use the WLC Program.
The younger you start this program... the better your life will be. It's great to start at a young age and learn so that you can
easily build muscle and body fat whenever you want.
You'll be healthy the rest of your life, and I guarantee you will have high energy levels and high levels of self confidence so you
achieve anything you want in life. Your body will look great for the rest of your life too!

Is this a full body workout program?
The workout programs included with the WLC Program are mainly full body workout programs. There are 6 phases of workout programs.
As you advance through the workout programs, you will learn many different techniques for building muscle and strength quickly. There's
no other program out there today like this one. This is cutting edge stuff here. And the results will prove it!
The advanced program works each muscle group once every 5 days or so BUT you work each muscle group with a much higher intensity. The
advanced program is not a full body workout BUT most of the other phases are.

Do I need to join a gym to use the WLC System?
You can workout at home if you have some adjustable dumbbells. I actually recommend a good home gym if you have the extra space in your home.
For example, I built a home gym one piece at a time... starting with dumbbells, then a bench, then barbells, and then a power rack. I added
a few different bars and other small stuff. That's all you need to have a GREAT setup in your home.
Within the WLC System Guide, I tell you exactly what you need. If you'd rather go to a gym, a good commercial gym with free weights is
all you need. You don't need a gym packed with machines. Free weights are highly recommended (barbells, dumbbells, etc).

Can I use this program if I have medical problems?
This program is designed for people that are healthy and have received their doctor's permission to weight train, perform cardio, and change
their diet to a healthy one that's not filled with junk food.
If you have any medical problems, please talk to your doctor about using this program before doing so. It's very important that you talk
to your doctor. Your doctor knows your health conditions much better than anyone else.
Your doctor is qualified to give you advice about whether or not you're healthy enough to lift weights, exercise regularly, and eat better.

Do I need to buy expensive supplements to use this program?

How long do the workouts take and how many times per week?
The weight lifting workouts usually take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes per day and are recommended 3 to 4 times per week depending
on which phase of the WLC System you are on.
Also, depending on your goals, aerobic exercise is required at least a few times per week. So, on average, you will spend about 45 minutes per day. When you see the results you achieve... you'll wonder how so little time could produce such BIG results.

Why should I listen to you? What are your credentials?
I've been studying the human body and how it reacts to different foods, different weight lifting protocols, different types of cardiovascular exercise, and more. I find the human body to be amazing, and that's why I like to study it...
I practice what I preach and have run into all the problems you're going to face in your journey to the body you want. I know what
to do when you face those problems, and that's what I've put within the pages of the WLC System.
I myself have built almost 80 pounds of muscle mass and have lost equal amounts of body fat. I will show you how to make continuous progress so that you never hit a plateau.

How fast will I lose fat and build muscle? What are the typical results?
Within the WLC System Guide I explain what factors affect how fast you get results. Many things... such as genetics... you just
can't control. BUT you will focus on the things you can control with the WLC System.
Typical results... you can lose 1 pound of pure body fat per week with no muscle loss OR you can gain 1 pound of muscle per week
with no fat gain. These are 'average' results.
You can have above average results if the conditions are right.
For example, an overweight person who is a beginner will get
far above average results. Most overweight people will be able to burn fat and build muscle at the SAME TIME. I've seen some overweight
people gain a few pounds of muscle per week while losing a few pounds of body fat too!
The WLC System is guaranteed to give you FAST and PERMANENT results. You won't lose your results with the WLC System.

Will this program make me bulky?
With the WLC System, you monitor and measure your results on a weekly basis. You learn how to make adjustments to your program so you get the body YOU WANT. No other system in existence teaches you how to do this...
So you control how much body fat you lose and how much muscle you gain. If you have enough muscle, you make the proper changes so
you don't gain any more muscle. You are in total control of your results from Day 1.
A common misconception is that weight lifting will make you big and bulky. If you are a woman and concerned about that, please don't
be. Women do not have the proper hormonal environment to get big and bulky.

What is an eBook and how do I get access to it?
An eBook is a book in digital format that you save to your computer, view from your computer, and read from your computer.
If you want a hard copy version, you can print the book from your computer. Once you order the WLC System and your payment is
processed... which usually happens almost instantly... you get immediate access to the Downloads area.
And when you do, all you have to do is right click on a link and save the file to your computer. From there, you can open the
file and begin reading the WLC System Guide. It's that easy.
Why did I make this program an eBook and not a hard copy book?
Well, an ebook cuts down on costs and I can pass those savings to you. I also can easily distribute an eBook all over the world
through the Internet. I can't do that with a hard copy book. Shipping costs are unbelievable.
If I were to offer the WLC System in hard copy format, it would cost close to $90 for a single program. Since I can instead offer it you as an eBook,
it saves you lots of money. Add shipping costs to that and it saves you loads of cash.
And with an ebook, you can still have a hard copy version simply by printing it from your own computer. And for all those reasons...

Totally Blown Away by the WLC System...
Hi Josh,
Greetings from Australia, mate. I received your WLC Program recently and
have only just got to emailing you (reason being I took quite a while
exploring the entire package!!!).
I have to admit that over the past years
I've purchased many programs via the internet and I can say with complete
honesty that I have *never, ever*, had the pleasure of receiving one such as
yours!!!
I was totally blown away by everything, from the log books, the
big beefy manual, right on through to all those fantastic calculators! It
comes through that you really put your all into the package. I've seen all
those programs which claim to 'lay it all out for you ... paint by numbers
... take you step-by-step', etc.but only one is deserving of these claims
... and it's yours.
I especially found the goal setting information to be
very, very comprehensive and so well laid out. I've read goal setting
books, articles, websites, etc. but never really applied any of it to my
endeavours in the gym.
Your system will have me going after my dream body
with a vengeance, as I will be commencing the program this coming Monday.
In previous years I was a chronic "routine/program hopper"; I'd spot yet
another new system I thought I would follow and away I'd go ... for about 3
weeks if I was lucky!
Despite all that, during some years I'd build a
little muscle, lose a little fat and start looking reasonable, then slack
off. I have a well equipped home gym which includes everything you
recommend.
I have always been good with my meal choices but the bottom line
