Beta alanine is a supplement I didn't really expect to work so well.
I was hearing all of this hype about it, BUT the hype was coming from respectable people that I knew.
Since the hype was coming from people I respect, I decided to give it a try.
Another reason I decided to give it a shot because it's not an expensive supplement at all.
Hype, scams, and lies are everywhere within the billion dollar supplement industry. If supplement manufacturers told the truth about their supplements, there would only be a few supplements left.
I usually don't fall for any hype, but I'm glad I did this time. I did because the hype was coming from a few people that I trust.
I want you to give it a try if you have a few extra dollars to spend.
I dosed it as directed by the people who knew the most about it. I added it to a few of my protein shakes throughout the day and took it pre and post workout to get the required amount for the first few weeks.
Tingling Will Most Likely Occur the First Few Times
It does have a side effect that you'll most likely get the first several times you take it…
It will cause you to feel some tingling in your arms, so start out with lower doses and ensure you get the amount right before swallowing the stuff.
The tingling can be a little uncomfortable, but the good news is that is goes away pretty quickly.
The side effect has not proven to be harmful and tens of thousands of people have tried this supplement and that number is increasing more and more every day. The side effect has disappeared for me and it only took a few months for it to totally go away.
It may bother you at first, but it really is no big deal as long as your realize that the side effect may be there. It's not good to be surprised when it comes to tingling in your arms. So be ready for it.
What Does Beta Alanine Do For You?
I'll tell you what Beta Alanine does. And it's not just me alone that has gotten these results. I didn't believe them at first either.
Beta alanine gives me that extra strength to push through one or two extra reps at the end of a set. Pretty strong results, huh?
Not too many supplements will give you these type of results. So, when I get to the tough part of the WLC workouts and I'm trying to increase my rep maxes, I've got the extra confidence and strength to get that last rep or two.
This supplement really helps you push through those tough reps. This effect is real. It really works!!!
I did not have any of this effect before taking it. I've been lifting weights for a long time now, and I've never taken a supplement that had this kind of effect.
This is HUGE!
Something that finally works and gives instant results after a few weeks. Another great thing about this supplement is that it doesn't cost hardly anything for the pure substance. A good supplement for cheap. Get you some today.
You really have nothing to lose. This supplements is very cheap. I don't think you'll find a better deal for the results this supplement gives you.
That extra one or two reps at the end of a set are the BIG muscle building reps. They are THE most important reps and beta alanine helps with them. You just don't get any better than that.
My Recommendation To You…
You can use this supplement for both fat loss cycles and muscle building cycles.
An extra rep or two will do great things for you no matter what goal you're trying to reach.
Give this supplement a few weeks to work and use as directed. Remember that no supplement is magic, but this one does help you push through those tough reps which can lead to a whole lot of muscle gain!
Simply mix this in water or in your whey protein shakes. The taste is not bad, and I've never even tasted it in my shakes. It dissolves instantly in water.
Take it pre workout and post workout.
I would cycle on and off this supplement as I would with almost any supplement. Take it for a cycle or two and then stop taking it for a cycle or two. This is good practice with any weight lifting supplement.
Please remember that supplements are just that. Some may be dangerous long term. Research has not been completed long term for most supplements so be very careful with any supplement.
