The right bicep stretches can do amazing things for your arms.
Weighted bicep stretches (when using the WLC System guidelines) are always performed after you've done the biceps exercise in each of our workout programs.
If you want bigger biceps, you better start weighted stretching today.
There's not better time than right now to start.
Weighted stretches are always done after a weight lifting exercise when the muscle is pumped and full of blood. Science has proven that weighted stretching does amazing things to the musculature being stretched.

My Experience with Weighted Bicep Stretching
Stretching your biceps will only help you get the arms you've always wanted.
Everyone always worries so much about their arms and has to find all of those magical solutions to building big arms. Well, if there's anything close to magic, weighted stretching for your biceps is the closest I've ever seen!
If you're serious about building biceps, you've got to try the stretches shown below.
Bicep stretching can be a little painful at times, but it's worth the extra effort.
I've always had great results from a single stretch, but I've been experimenting some more lately with some new weighted stretches for your biceps. Especially the cable bicep stretch. Cables give a great stretch in the biceps.
The one stretch that I've done for quite some time involves a Smith Machine bar set at around shoulder height.
You can use a barbell set at the correct height in a Power Rack if you'd rather do it that way.
Any stable bar at shoulder height will work for this stretch. You will be facing away from the bar. Grab the bar with one arm at a time with an overhand grip.
Your palms will be facing the floor and not the ceiling.
From there I want you to play around with your foot position and kneeling positions until you find the best stretch for your biceps. You'll be able to find it very easily, and you should feel your biceps stretching very well.
I like to kneel down as far back as possible so that my biceps are being forced to stretch and support my weight.
I also like a new stretch that I've found that uses the cable system on my power rack. I simply grab the cables in a standing position and assume a position similar to the bottom position of the cable cross exercise for your chest stretch.
You should be able to find a great position for stretching your biceps. You'll feel it when you've found a good position. You can really use your body weight to put some force into this stretch.
How to for Bicep Stretch #1
I've been using this particular stretch for a long time now and it's been absolutely wonderful to me.
I started with 13 inch arms, and now have 17 inch arms measured cold. I will soon be moving to 17.5 and then to 18 inch arms before I'm finished. All of this has been natural.
The stretch shown below will help you to do the same and get the big biceps you want.
I want you to experiment with this stretch by bending your knees and trying to get the best possible stretch. Keep working until you find that sweet spot.
Once you find that perfect stretching spot, hold it there until you reach the required time. The required time will be set by you at the beginning of your program — details within the WLC System Manual.
Concentrate during all stretches and always try to get a better stretch. You'll find out how strong your mind is when you start stretching like this.
How to for Bicep Stretch #2
This is a new favorite of mine that I stumbled upon when doing a chest stretch.
I noticed that I could get a good stretch in my biceps as I was getting into position for a chest stretch.
Well, the stretch shown in the image below is one of the better stretches that I've found to this day! Give it a try if you have a cable pulley system like the one shown on my power rack.
Make sure to get your copy of the WLC System Manual. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Good luck in your bicep building efforts!
Remember to experiment and find stretches that work for you. Anything will work as long as you are doing it safely and getting a great stretch in the biceps.
