Tony says
atDo you have any recommendations for good muscle building exercises for legs when you have bad knees?
Isaiah 41:10
President of WLC says
atHey Tony, I actually have the perfect page for you:
Knee Strengthening Exercises
Please read that page and that 100% for sure will get you on the right track. Please read the entire page so you fully understand what it’s going to take to fix your knees.
And, as always, make sure to check with your doctor before doing any of these to make sure your knees are healthy enough to do the knee exercises you’ll find on the above page.
By the way… I absolutely love Isaiah 41:10 — “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”
“For I am thy God” is my favorite part! Isn’t it great to have such an awesome God?
Very sincerely,
Josh
