So you've been lied to, and you've been conned into purchasing fitness products not for your benefit but to simply put more money into the pockets of the greedy who don't care about you.
That's going to change right now.
And that's why I want you to start with a clean slate. You know that you can trust me because I am here to help you, and I have helped you. I will get you going in the right direction.
The Biggest Mistake I Made in Weight Lifting…
Many of you reading this have never lifted weights before while many of you have been lifting for several years.
Most of you that have been lifting weights for several years especially need to wipe the slate clean. This is very important.
For example, you may think you know how to perform squats properly. You may think you know how to perform the bench press properly. Most likely, you do not know how to perform these properly.
This is not your fault. It simply means that you have never been taught how to perform these movements properly.
I lifted weights for about 7 years before I learned how to do squats, bench press, overhead press, rows, and deadlifts correctly.
I thought I knew everything about those exercises.
When I finally realized that I didn't as much as I thought I did, I took the necessary steps that you'll learn in this manual. My strength skyrocketed higher than ever before along with my muscle mass.
The changes in my body came very fast once I started lifting with proper form and technique.
So, let's start with a clean slate right now.
Take what you learn from this manual and apply it … believe in it. Don't let something from your past interfere with what this manual tells you to do.
