Does it cost less to eat junk food?
You can get many more calories from junk food at the same cost of healthy food.
These calories, though, are "empty" calories. This means you can eat 3,000 calories in junk food and get 10% of the vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy.
You will also add numerous substances, chemicals, preservatives, and other nasty things that will make you very unhealthy including sickness, adding more body fat, and disease.
With truly healthy food, you can eat much less calories overall and get much more than 100% of the vitamins and minerals you need. For example, you might hit 100% of the vitamins and minerals you need with 1200 calories. This all depends on the food you choose to eat.
For example, compare $5 of healthy food with $5 of junk food and you'll see a HUGE difference. There is no comparison.
Most people don't know what "healthy food" is, though. This is the biggest problem. Healthy food is food in its natural state. Yes, some foods are healthier than others. For example, a white potato from a garden is EXTREMELY healthy and great for you but french fries made from white potatoes are EXTREMELY unhealthy for you. I don't care what type of oil is used for the french fries! They aren't healthy. Baked potato chips aren't healthy either. They were made in a production plant. You don't need food made in a production plant with tons of added ingredients that are NOT good for you.
Some people say white potatoes are bad for you, and this is a JOKE! Anyone who says this has no idea how nutrition works.
Another example is a grass fed beef from healthy cows. This is extremely healthy for you and nutrient dense. Compare all the vegan and vegetarian trash like tofurkey (what??? tofurkey!!!) to meat from a real wild turkey. It's not even close. The tofurkey will make you fat and unhealthy due to all the added trash. Tofurkey is made in a production plant. Wild turkey is made in nature. There is no comparison.
So, with all this said, you can eat much fewer calories overall and get MORE nutrients for your body.
This is how you stay lean and muscular. You can feed your body with much less food and more nutrients just as food was intended to do.
In other words, eat REAL FOOD just as we were intended to eat. This is not rocket science and all these weight loss experts and diet experts who complicate all of this are jokes. Someone always comes up with some "NEW" diet or new "BREAKTHROUGH" like a probiotic supplement or low carb diet or high fat diet. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
You don't need all those NEW diet plans and NEW supplements that will finally help you lose weight. All you need to do is to start eating REAL FOOD all the time just as you are supposed to be doing! That's it.
Fast food isn't real food. It's all manufactured trash designed to make billionaires. And it has. And it will continue. Their "food" is even engineered and designed to make you want more of it. Yes, it's made to make money. They do not care about you or your health. It's that simple. Why are you still eating junk food? It shouldn't be an option.
For example, apple juice from the typical grocery store isn't apple juice. You might find a tiny bit, but you don't need "apple juice" and it's not healthy or good for you AT ALL. Instead, eat some apples and drink water. The skin of apple is highly nutritious. Why would you get rid of it?
So, you might think healthy food costs more BUT there's NO WAY it will EVER cost you more than junk food. Instead, you should measure the food by the number of nutrients you are getting per dollar. Truly healthy food will always give you much more for the cost. In fact, junk food TAKES AWAY from your body and provides you with nothing positive. So it's costing you money and you're getting nothing but problems! Why pay for that??? Buy and eat healthy food.
All of your problems with body fat, weight loss, health issues, and more will start to go away. It's true, and it's easy! You need to act like the other so-called "food" doesn't even exist. Stop supporting that trash and it will all go away.
