It's actually painful for me to even type some of the diets above. I don't know them all really well, but I don't need to know them well to tell you that you don't need them.
A good diet plan doesn't need to have so many ignorant guidelines. Yes, I said ignorant guidelines.

If you're packing your diet full of foods from the list above, then you will be doing great.
And of course, use common sense. For example, don't eat a jar of honey every day. Limit the sugars like this and use them sparingly. Also, same goes with butter. Don't eat a tub of butter every meal. Common sense.

Always make enough of a recipe to give you another 2 or 3 servings for the week. This makes cooking easier.
Don't just go around looking for some new diet plan all the time. They don't work. Just eat healthy foods all the time and get rid of all junk food. I don't miss junk food one bit because I don't miss headaches, feeling bad, getting sick, etc. I don't miss that at all!!!
So please stop using all these ridiculous diet plans that limit everything you can eat. For example, "Hey, let's not eat fruit any more and call it a new diet plan!" These diet plans are ridiculous! Fruit is one of the most amazing foods given to use by our great Creator and Designer. Fruit is dessert and amazing.
At our home, for parties (birthday or other), we always provide fruit and most people skip it over. It's amazing. If you don't like fruit, your way of eating is all jacked up. Seriously. You need to get that changed now. Fruit is very dense with nutrients! You need fruit. That's just one example of ridiculous diet plans. There are 1,000,000 more examples.
