If you've ever worked hard at weight lifting, you probably know that it's very difficult and obviously won't be popular with lazy people (who seem to be everywhere now).

All of the above topics are more popular than weight lifting. This doesn't really surprise me with the horrible state of the world today, but then again, it does!
Many of the topics above are much easier to do than weight lifting. So it really shouldn't surprise me. Some of the more popular topics are very degrading such as "Fat Chicks." What is wrong with people? More people search for that than weight lifting?
Weight loss pills and weight loss surgery is much easier than getting your butt to work in the gym.
More people are looking for cheesecake recipes than weight lifting. The grapefruit only diet is more popular than weight lifting. WOW! People actually believe a diet filled with grapefruit is going to help them lose weight more and look better than weight lifting. This is amazing to me.
The above topics go in order of popularity. An exercise ball is more popular than weight lifting, but just barely. Wow. Again, why would someone trust more in an exercise ball than lifting weights?
Diet pills aren't just a little more popular than weight lifting. People search for diet pills almost 3 times more than weight lifting!
Weight loss is about 22 times more popular than weight lifting.
So, I just want to get the truth out there more as people are very confused and very messed up in this world today. If you want to lose weight, weight lifting or resistance training better be a part of that or you won't be looking any better or feeling any better after you lose the weight you want.
I knew that weight training would never be as popular as weight loss or diet, but WOW, it's not even close! This needs to change for people to become strong, healthy, and powerful.
