What is the best diet for weight loss?
I want to get straight to the point right now.
There is no secret foods, secret diet, or secret supplements for weight loss.
People continue searching year after year for a new diet that will finally get them the weight loss they want.
The search is over, but it might not be what you want to hear because you're so accustomed to the slick marketing and tricks played by the weight loss industry to get you to spend more of your money.
The best weight loss diet is not a temporary change to some nasty packaged foods, some low fat foods, some weight loss shakes, or frozen "health" dinners. You will be very happy to know that weight loss is much EASIER than trying to eat all of that nasty trash. When I say trash, it's total trash! It's true.
What you need to be eating is all natural foods. This is real food that we were intended to be eating. You see? There is no secret.
All you need to do is start eating real food. McDonald's manufactured food is not real food. Yogurt cups that you find in the grocery store with all this added trash is not real food. "Low Fat" foods are not real foods as they are manufactured in some food plant just like cars, trucks, washers, dryers, TV's, and other things.
You don't need food made in a manufacturing plant that is highly processed.
For example, orange juice you find in a grocery store is HORRIBLE for you. This is not real orange juice! Instead, eat an orange from a small farm.
Real food tastes amazing compared to all the fake food out there. Once you start eating real food all the time (yes, even real butter and whole eggs and steak and anything that's real), you will begin to lose weight fast, look amazing, and even feel amazing. All of your health issues will begin to decline too as your body is meant to eat real food (not fake food with all of these nasty FAKE ingredients added).
You have to be careful too as the food manufacturers are tricky little people.
For example, buy a can of "healthy" lima beans and you'll find all types of preservatives within the ingredients list. This is an example of very unhealthy food that will lead to health issues. Yes, lima beans are extremely healthy BUT they need to be lima beans ONLY without and added ingredients.
The food industry has really let all of us down, and this is why you have trouble losing weight.
Look to local farms to help provide you with the best food. If you can't find any local farms, try some healthier grocery stores like Whole Foods.
Always work on improving your food sources and the weight loss will come easy. Seriously, once you eating ALL healthy foods ALL the time, you won't want or need any trash food. All the cravings will soon go away because you are giving your body everything it needs.
Once the cravings go away, you'll know that you are eating right as the cravings will no longer be there. If they are still there, you still have some improvements to make.
