One of the first things you should do is create a folder on the hard drive of your computer. I created a folder under “My Documents” on my Windows Operating System.
Name the folder “WLC” or “Weight Lifting Complete” – or you can name the folder for the program you're going to be using such as:
1. BIG Time Muscle and Strength
2. Curvaceous Curve Building
3. Slice and Dice the Fat
4. Fabulous Fat Loss
5. WLC Workout Program 1.1
6. WLC Workout Program 2.1
7. WLC Workout Program 3.1
8. And so on…
Name it whatever you like as these are just suggestions.
Save anything from the website to that folder including your WLC Log Book
Make sure to save anything you need to that folder and your WLC log book to that folder (I will give you that download soon on one of the next pages in this series).
You will also find downloads throughout this website as you read through each page. Save those documents and downloads to your newly created folder so you never lose them.
Always back up your hard drive too. You never know when you're hard drive will decide to crash on you.
I use a laptop for everything. One day I set my laptop on my hardwood floor rapidly in my family room as my little girl needed me rather quickly. I placed it on the floor a little too hard and the computer decided it wasn't going to work anymore. I lost everything on that computer.
So please back up everything you have. If you ever lose this program, all you need to do is email me and I'll give you another copy, but you will lose all the contents of your log book that you've entered if you don't back up.
