At the end of each day, you MUST enter information into your log book that you will have saved to your computer:
– Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fat
– Weight Lifting Workout Results
– Cardiovascular Exercise Workout Results
– Body Measurements
– Weekly Assessment Information
Spend 5 minutes each night entering information into your log book. You will need this information at the end of each week during your weekly assessment.
The information in your log book is VERY important because it will tell you how to make even better progress. One of the keys to making the best possible progress is learning what works for your body.
As you go through each week, you will see your progress in terms of strength, lean muscle gain, and body fat loss. Your log book will tell you everything you need to know.
The log book is very easy to use. Spend some time learning the log book. All you will ever have to do is enter information. All calculations and formulas are already done for you.
