Bad foods are unhealthy, rob your body of energy, and add deadly body fat to your belly and waist. Bad foods, without a doubt, WILL KILL YOU. Maybe not now, maybe not tomorrow, but soon. Don't take the chance. You or others around you might not think you care but you will and you do.
The WLC System has a totally different definition of bad food:
If a food isn't natural, it probably isn't good for you. Foods that you think are good for you really aren't. If a food label has a long list of ingredients, the food probably has processed and unhealthy ingredients. Don't eat it.
If you stick to healthy and natural foods, you can eat a much larger amount of food and you'll never be hungry. Plus, you'll never gain fat and you'll flood your body with muscle building nutrients.

I HATE seeing these horrible programs popping up everywhere that have you lifting weights to simply burn extra calories. Burning extra calories should never be the focus of weight training.
The focus of weight training should always be to build muscle, build strength, and always attempt to increase the amount of weight lifted. This ensures you are building muscle or at least maintaining muscle mass while you attempt to burn massive amounts of fat from your body.
