If I sign up for the entire WLC system are you here to help me with questions. I was reading over your years of failure before you finally got and and I’d like to tell you I’m in that failure situation right now. My weights have gone up and done and right now I find myself with very little upper body mass/muscle mass AND some abdominal fat…practically the worst situation to be in.
I’ve been working out on and off for about 3 years. I’ve tried programs in the past (which is why I’m hesitant to buy this program and just fail at it also) and for one reason or another never really gained any mass or lost fat (when I did lose fat, it was at the expense of muscle too).
At this point…I just want to pound on as much muscle mass as possible and minimize the fat gain in the process…then maybe work on getting rid of that after. I am wondering if I follow your workout plan if this is possible. I will be 100% dedicated…I want this more than anything. Its the frustration that is getting at me now.
I noticed that you like doing a 3 day full body workout. The last time I worked out I was doing just that. Feeling my muscles, it definitely seemed like I was gaining mass, however my weight (and by mirror my abdominal fat) was the same. I also seemed to staal after the 7th week. It was the same exact workout everytime…perhaps I should have mixed it up, maybe using periodization or something? All that being said, I think it was the best workout for me for putting on mass…I didn’t even notice anything when I was doing split routines.
I haven’t purchased your program so I don’t know your diet recommendations but I’m thinking of going on a extremely high raw egg diet/organic heavy cream/grass fed raw milk/grass fed whey protein diet when I start my next workout plan. Maybe a little bit of carbs here and there (the eggs will be grass fed organic which virtually destroys any chance of it containing salmonella). What do you think of this diet?

The WLC System is a sure-fire method of getting whatever gains you want to achieve. You have to learn your body to get maximum gains and it may take a little time for you to learn exactly what works for you. But it’s something you have to do because each and every one of us is different. The WLC System works for everyone because it teaches you how your body works and how to make changes to a program so you are always making progress. It takes much effort on your part but the results will be amazing in just a few months time. And once you learn how to make the right adjustments, you can get whatever body you want. It’s really easy once you put your full effort forth using the WLC System.
I also have a lot of information on loaded stretching and weighted stretching. If you use the search button there on the right side of the page, you’ll find all the articles on stretching.
For diet, I simply recommend natural foods that are healthy for you. Usually around a 30% Protein, 50% carbohydrates, and 20% fat. If the carbohydrates are all healthy and natural, they will give you the fuel you need to push yourself in the gym and really make progress. Fewer carbs makes it tougher to do more in the gym. Carbs are your fuel source so I don’t recommend going really low on them.
