Now that you have your body weight and body fat percentage, we can easily figure out how much lean mass you have and how much body fat that you have.
So you don’t have to do any calculations, the “Weekly Assessment” worksheet within the log book will do the calculations for you.
Use the WLC Log Book to Help You
Just find the section at the top for your initial body assessment.
Enter your body weight and body fat percentage in the yellow highlighted cells. After you enter them, you will see your lean mass and fat mass appear.
The results tell you how much “healthy” weight you have and how much “unhealthy” weight you have.
You will never get rid of all your body fat because it’s essential to life and very low levels of body fat can be unhealthy too. So not all of your body fat is unhealthy but most people have plenty of excess body fat to shed.
Keep All Measurements in Your WLC Log Book
Enter your current lean mass and fat mass into your log book:
Date:
Lean Mass:
Fat Mass:
If you would rather calculate yourself, simply take your body weight and multiple by your body fat percentage and then divide by 100. This will be your fat mass.
To get your lean mass, simply subtract your fat mass from your body weight. That’s it. Easy.
