1 Avocado Mashed

1 Small Plum Tomato Chopped
1/4 Cup Red Onion Minced
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
Sea Salt
Black Pepper Ground
Tabasco Sauce or Hot Sauce
Directions for Guacamole Deviled Eggs
Directions:
1. Peel all of the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
2. Take out the egg yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.
3. Add all other ingredients to the mixing bowl including the mashed avocado. Stir in the lemon juice and lime juice along with the hot sauce to your liking.
4. You may leave out the hot sauce if you like.
5. Scoop the mixture into the 24 egg halves.
6. Add additional cilantro to the top of each guacamole deviled egg to make it prettier for you to eat (plus even healthier).
