You may be surprised to know that you’ve been performing exercises with improper form. Many people have been taught improper form by personal trainers in a gym or have been given bad advice by so-called experts in a gym.
Please go to this page and watch the videos (please turn volume down as there is some bad language – I will work on making my own videos for you before long so you don’t have to deal with that). You may be surprised at what you see and learn. It’s very important that you learn how to do these exercises properly.
