I recommend that you print this program out and make your own custom binder. I believe this adds some motivation and reminds you to keep going. Keep the binder close – somewhere in your home or work where you will see it often.
You can print everything from your home computer or take it to one of the printing stores like Kinko’s or similar store. One of those stores will even put in a binder for you so you don’t have to punch all the holes. This will cost you more than doing it yourself, though.
As you go through all of the WLC System programs, you can have a binder for each. It really gives you a sense of accomplishment as you finish each program.
All you need to do is print the pages you need, punch holes using a 3-hole punch, and put the pages in the binder. You can use the cover page of each program for the binder cover.
Make sure you get a 3 inch binder … so it’s big enough to hold all the pages of this program and it gives you extra room for other print outs you might want to add from your log book.
A cheap 3-hole punch is all you need. There’s no need to buy an expensive 3-hole punch unless you plan on using it for other things… maybe you use it for a business. If not, just get a cheap one.
Tip: When you print pages, try using the “Draft” option to save ink. Or choose the lower quality option for your printer. You’ll save a lot of ink and money that way. Use that option for all print jobs, and the money saved will add up over time.
