I am not a HUGE fan of pure maple syrup (though, I do recommend it in small amounts), and I wouldn't add it to 10 lemon juice drinks per day as the Lemonade Diet recommends or Lemon Juice Diet recommends.
Cleanses and fad diets are not something I recommend because both lead you to believe that it's okay to go back to eating normally. This might mean more junk food and unhealthy food.
It's never okay to eat unhealthy foods and junk foods filled with nasty chemicals because they are harming you.
Eat Healthy Foods All The Time & You Won't Need Weight Loss Fad Diets Any More
If you can start eating truly healthy foods all the time, you won't be looking for fad diets, gimicks, or lemon juice diet recipes any longer.
The difficulty of eating healthy foods all the time is very low once you get into a routine of eating 100% healthy foods and drinks.
I would even recommend that you swap out the maple syrup with local honey from a small farm. You can even alternate honey and maple syrup as sweeteners in many of the healthy recipes.
Never use artificial sweeteners or even “natural” sweeteners like stevia. It's all trash. Use real honey or maple syrup if you need to sweeten anything.
