I'm going to show you how to use the power of positive affirmations to help you get the body you want very quickly. Affirmations are pretty simple… all you have to do is learn how to write them and then start going over them several times per day.
You're going to have your affirmations match your short and long term goals.
Affirmations, simply put, are positive statements that tell your subconscious mind exactly what you want. If you continue to stay positive at all times by using your list of affirmations, you will easily achieve your goals faster than you every thought possible.
You see – most people repeat negative thoughts over and over throughout the day and never even realize they are doing so. For example, I've caught myself saying “I'm so tired” after I've woken up in the past. Usually, you don't pay attention to these negative statements. Your subconscious mind does, though. And that's why you sabotage yourself each and every day.
It's time to stop the negativity with positive affirmations. You MUST stop all negativity towards your goals. When you do, you are going to be seriously amazed at the progress you can make.

Keep all affirmations positive and in the present tense. Here are a few examples:
1. I am muscular, strong, and powerful.
2. I am the picture of health and fitness.
3. I am full of energy from the time I wake up until I go to bed.
4. I am sleeping sound and deeply throughout the night.
5. I am increasing the amount of weight I lift each workout.
On the next page, I want you to list all of your personal affirmations. Then, you will go over these each and every day of this program. Spend some time on these and get them right. Once you get accustomed to being a positive person, your life will change and you won’t have to spend so much time making yourself think positive!
Make sure your affirmations match up well with all your goals. You need to know and understand each of your goals and why they are important to you. Use this no matter what. If you choose not to, your results will be limited. So please use the affirmations sheet each day!
