Liver tablets are another good weight lifting supplement and one that I highly recommend.
There's a disadvantage to liver tablets that really cause me to stop taking them during some weight lifting cycles:
I hate having to worry about swallowing down so many tablets in a day.
I hate standing there and taking so much time to swallow all of these tablets so many times during the day.
If that doesn't bother you, then you should give this supplement a try.
But I have lots of things to do throughout the day and spending an extra 20 minutes per day swallowing liver tablets sure isn't something I want to do.
This supplement does work, though:
Liver Tablets Increase Recovery from Workouts
It helps with recovery from workouts much better than a supplement like glutamine — in my opinion.
Glutamine is known as a weight lifting supplement that increases your recovery abilities from weight training workouts.
But, I've seen much better results with liver tablets than glutamine.
Liver is loaded with Vitamin B12 so you can understand how much it will help you with your weight lifting.
I'm sure you've heard about Vitamin B12 from all the steriod discussions in baseball.
Some of the players have tried to lie about their steroid use by saying they were injected with Vitamin B12. Pretty hilarious stuff there but B12 is pretty powerful itself… nothing like steroids, though.
Give Them a Try for Yourself
Liver tablets are a good supplement that I believe will help you recover faster from your workouts which eventually leads to more muscle gain.
Give them a try:
Implement them into your next weight lifting program. Use them for at least 6 weeks and see if your results don't improve.
I believe you'll be very happy with the results.
