You probably already know that I highly recommend morning weight lifting workouts. I like them because they keep you more focused on your diet throughout the day and there aren’t any distractions when you workout early in the morning.
I’m just not sure why someone can’t wake up earlier than normal and finish a workout in the morning. It just works out better. Give it a shot, and you’ll see why.
It’s not a requirement that you workout early in the morning, but it is highly recommended. If you need to workout at lunch, in the afternoon, or late at night… that’s fine. Just follow the pre and post workout eating protocols. Have a pre workout smoothie before your workout and a post workout smoothie after your workout (immediately).
I’m telling you… if you try morning workouts, you will fall in love with them. You’ll be more consistent, perform better throughout the day, and you’ll be ready to get some good sleep at the end of each day.
