If not, I hope you can begin to acquire the taste for coconut as it's a very nutritious food and one that I like to use throughout the healthy recipes you'll find here at Weight Lifting Complete.
This is a quick and easy post workout smoothie. I highly recommend you have this smoothie as quickly as possible after completion of your weight lifting workouts. Pineapple has anti-inflammatory properties, which helps you recover even faster from your workouts.
You'll also find bananas, coconut milk, coconut water, coconut oil, whey protein, and raw eggs within this recipe. Make sure the raw eggs are coming from a healthy source such as a local farmer that raises chickens properly. It's always good to go out and see the actual farm where the chickens are raised.
I highly recommend getting much of your food supply from a local farmer that you can trust. Build a relationship with that farmer, support that farmer, and you'll be provided with the healthiest food you can get. The quality of food is SO MUCH better than any chain grocery store.
