I was finally disgusted so much by my body around 10 years ago that I set my mind to get the body of my dreams.
I've been working out hard and eating right ever since.
I achieved my goals, but I found something that I truly love — so I set more goals! Once you start getting great results from this program, you will fall in love too.

The human race is amazing. Do you realize everything we've accomplished on this planet? Do you know how many people have been told that they could not accomplish something? Some of those people let all of that negative talk get to them, while others used this negativity as motivation.
Prove Them Wrong… And Don't Stop Until You Do
I love when someone tells me that I can't accomplish something that I've set my mind to accomplish. I will do everything in my power to meet that goal. And guess what? I will meet that goal.
I remember a fellow student telling me that I could never finish Engineering School with a perfect 4.0 Grade Point Average.
Before long, everyone around me was telling me that I couldn't do it.
Well, like I said, don't ever challenge me and tell me that I can't do something that I've already set my mind to do — I believe in myself that much and I will do it.
I set a goal at the beginning of college to make all A's and finish at the very top of the entire University.
Why did I set this goal?
I had heard all kinds of rumors that this Engineering School was very tough. I wanted to prove that I could be the best in the entire school.
Fast forward:
I accomplished my goal just as I knew I would. Don't get me wrong, though. Meeting that goal took lots and lots of hard work and dedication. Friday nights of fun were a thing of the past. I put all of my effort into meeting my goal.
Dedicate Yourself to Using the WLC System Right Now and Never Look Back
I want you to put that same kind of dedication and effort forth for this program.
If you do, I guarantee you greater success than you could ever imagine. You won't have to spend your Friday nights studying, though. You'll spend them having fun instead — more fun than usual.
This program is not going to be a walk in the park.
I'm not going to lie to you just so you'll get started. It's going to be hard work, but it will all be worth it.
You are going to be forced to make some changes in your life. These changes will only make your life better. You will be sweating and working hard both physically and mentally throughout this program all while you're becoming a better person.

I want you to tell yourself that you will get the body you want.
You will follow this program, and you will accomplish your goals. Put this in your mind right now. I want you to tell yourself that you will do this. No turning back. This is an important step. Do it now.
