I'm not a big believer in the vast majority of supplements. Most supplements are a HUGE waste of money. There are some that I really believe in, though, and I want to discuss them here.
I have tried and used all of the supplements that I'll talk about here. Keep in mind that some may work well for others and some not so great for others. One reason is because some people are lacking in certain nutrients and respond better to supplementation.
I'm a big believer in protein powders because they allow you to add additional protein to your diet at a low cost and provide convenience for you. You can easily get an extra 50 grams of protein by quickly drinking a protein shake. Beware of some protein powders, though! Read the links below to find the right protein powder for you:

I HIGHLY recommend the use of a green foods supplement. Many of them come with probiotics, which makes them even more powerful and is one of the main reasons I highly recommend them.

Healthy Oils and Fats
Healthy fats are extremely good for you and will really help you to get better results from your exercise and workouts. Healthy oils allow you to easily increase your fat intake.
Udo's Choice Oil
By increasing your healthy fat intake through the right supplements, you can easily find the ratio of fats that give you the best muscle building and fat loss results.
Pre and Post Workout Supplements
I like some pre-workout supplements because they can really help with energy levels. High energy levels are required for great weight lifting workouts, and certain pre-workout supplements can really do the trick.
Nitric Oxide Supplements
If you feed your body properly before a weight lifting workout, you can perform much better and improve the stimulus you're providing your body with to build muscle and strength. When you improve that stimulus, you are improving the possibility of better results.
The real results come outside the gym. Post workout supplementation helps you to jump start the recovery process. During recovery from workouts, your body responds to the stimulus you provided by building muscle.
Many of the supplements I am listing below are good supplements but they definitely aren't 100% necessary to get amazing results. And then some of the supplements listed below are 100% NOT recommended.

Learn which supplements may be good for you and which will not work for you. There's no reason to waste money on supplements that aren't going to help you.
