The WLC System Diet Plan may seem difficult to many people, but it's really not.
I am going to further simplify it for you today and give you some examples of this amazing diet plan.
The ENTIRE GOAL of the WLC System Diet Plan is to get you to begin eating foods in an unprocessed state as God intended them to be for us.
You don't need any processed foods at all in your diet. None. In fact, if you get rid of all processed foods, you will see absolutely AMAZING progress:
- Your health will vastly improve
- Your body will begin healing itself
- Your appearance will improve greatly
- Body fat will simply melt away
- You will become joyful again
- You will be at peace as you get restful sleep each night
- Your energy levels will be higher than ever before
- And much, much more (wait and see)
You must eat ONLY the healthiest of foods
Let me explain what “eating only the healthiest of foods” actually means.
Fruit cups in a plastic container with syrup are not healthy. Protein bars with all of those chemicals are not healthy.
Orange juice & grape juice with all that sugar is not healthy (that's truly not orange juice and grape juice). That's cheap sugar made to look like grape or orange juice and sold to you for HUGE profit. They should be paying you to drink that as it leads to more medical bills for you.
You can make your own grape juice out of grapes, but really, why? Eat the grapes whole. If you make juice out of them, include the entire grape. Don't juice the grapes and leave the pulp behind. The skin of the grape is HIGHLY nutritious.
Food in it's natural state is the healthiest of foods!
This means fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. This means whole grains that are unprocessed. This means nuts and seeds without all the extra salt and sugar. This means raw milk from healthy goats and cows. This means meat from healthy chickens, cows, and other animals that have been eating a natural diet.
For example, cows were meant to eat grass. They weren't designed to be penned up in a small barn and fattened up on processed grain and syrup. They weren't designed to be shot up with steroids and other medicines so they will produce 100 times the milk they were created to produce.
Greed has corrupted our food supply so you need to pay close attention to the foods you are eating.
If you care about living an abundant life with joy and peace, you WILL start paying GREAT attention to the foods you are eating. If you would rather wait to make a change until you are fighting for your life in the hospital while your kids, family, and friends watch, then just keep on doing what you're doing. The food supply will kill you.
No fast food and no eating out at restaurants every night
I know the VAST majority of people now never cook at home. They never make their own food. They are TOO BUSY for that. People are astounded that my family never eats out (a few times a year at most).
Fast food will kill you. Restaurants will kill you. No one CARES that they are feeding you food that will kill you. Most everyone is for themselves, which is very sad but 100% true.
If you don't care what you're eating, trust me on this, no one else will either.
It's obvious that the McDonald's Corporation doesn't care about what they feed you. It's obvious that no one cares! They come up with slick marketing schemes saying they have made “this” healthier and their “meat” is real meat.
Well, McDonald's, why do the apples that you feed to our children never turn brown??? Why is that McDonald's??? I know why. It's because you added calcium chloride to the apples to preserve them so they always look perfect! You are feeding calcium chloride to our children and you don't care! Wow. That's sad. You make money and kill our children with dangerous chemicals.
NEWS FLASH!!! Our bodies weren't designed to eat calcium chloride. Make all of the claims that it isn't a dangerous substance. Here's the “science” behind it. It's calcium and it's chloride so it must be good for you. Wow. If that makes you feel better about yourself, go ahead and spread more lies. I am tired of it. Sick of it. Stop the trash. Stop the lies.
People who eat McDonald's often are very unhealthy people. It's obvious what the food is doing to them.
The Power of Preservatives and Food Engineers
Preservatives are killing you. Some of you might be able to take them for longer than others. Me? My health greatly declined because of preservatives!
I can tell you within 5 minutes whether I ate a food with preservatives. I get acid reflux immediately. If I eat only fresh foods, I feel AMAZING all the time! This is the truth.
So to all you food engineers out there, do you feel good about yourselves? You are killing people. You are. Don't mess with our food supply, okay?
Don't try to make your food more addictive so people want more of your trash. And don't try to make yourselves feel better about it. You aren't helping anyone and you aren't helping to feed more people throughout this world. You are filling the pocket books of the most powerful food companies in the world. That's it.
So, do you understand why fast food and restaurants aren't allowed when using the WLC System Diet Plan?
If you want to be tricked and fooled into eating foods with all types of chemicals and engineering, then go ahead. If you want to know what you're eating, then cook your own food and get it from a good source that you greatly trust.
The WLC System Diet Plan will take effort on your part but it will save your life
Yes, this will take more effort on your part.
But guess what, you'll be up and moving and cooking your own food! You won't be waiting for a table, sitting in your car, sitting at a table, not moving, getting fat, and getting unhealthy! Which sounds better?
I am sick of hearing that making your own meals is JUST too much work! People whine and complain all the time in my every day life.
What??? We are too lazy and too busy to care enough about our life??? You get one life. STOP being lazy. STOP whining. Get up. Figure it out. Start making your own meals.
If we (my wife and I) have time, you have time. We have multiple jobs, multiple websites, multiple kids, volunteer to help others, teach our kids at home, take care of our home, worship God often, and have plenty of time for everything because we trust in God and WE CARE!
I care about you. I don't care if you don't believe me right now. You will. I do everything I can to help as many people as possible. I don't want you to die early. I want you to see what it really feels like to live life like we do! I want you to LIVE!
With That Said, let me give you an example of what I ate one day
I will show you how to eat with an example of what I ate yesterday. The foods I eat in my diet plan change often as a HUGE variety of foods is what you want.
0700 or 7:00 AM
– Wake Up and Drink Large Glass of Water with Lemon/Lime
– Elliptical Trainer for 20 minutes (drink more water while exercising)
0745 or 7:45 AM Breakfast Meal #1
– 2 Whole Eggs from Pasture Raised Chickens (yolk should be deep orange)
– Fresh mushrooms, spinach, peppers, onions, tomatoes
– Turmeric and other herbs and spices
– Real Cheese
– Fresh raspberries, blueberries, and small orange
– 1 cup of raw, whole milk
My breakfast is amazing. I absolutely love the taste of the omelette and we change the omelette often. Remember, the more variety of foods the better.
I never add salt to ANYTHING. I don't need it for “taste.” If you think you “need” salt or you can't eat, then you have a big problem. You have ruined your taste buds completely. You need to stop eating salt and get back to enjoying foods for their natural taste.

– Incline Treadmill Walking for 20 minutes (drink water)
– Short Weight Lifting Workout
1500 or 3:00 PM
– Afternoon Snack
– Cottage Cheese
– Sunflower Seeds
1700 or 5:00 PM
– Elliptical Trainer for 20 minutes (drink water)
1730 or 5:30 PM
– Grilled Wild-Caught Salmon with Herbs and Spices
– Fresh Green Beans
– Greens Salad with Oil & Vinegar Homemade Dressing
– Flax Seeds Added to Salad
– Big Glass of Water with Lemon/Lime
Make extra dinner for your lunch the next day. Always make extra food for additional meals throughout the week. Plan ahead and this makes everything much easier.
2000 or 8:00 PM
– Walk on Treadmill for 20 minutes (drink water)
2100 or 9:00 PM
– Night Snack
– Slow Cooked Oats
– Natural Peanut Butter
– Local Honey
– Herbs and Spices
– Chia Seeds
– Flax Seeds
– Cup of Raw Whole Milk
This night time snack is one of my favorites and is packed with nutrition. I highly recommend you giving this a shot. Some “experts” might say you don't need carbohydrates before bed as this will make you fat. Well, it doesn't. It gives me fuel for my next day of working out. It provides amazing nutrients for my body to repair muscles while I sleep.
Yes, Eat Like That Every Day
You can eat and plan different meals like the above each and every day. Once you get a large variety of meals, you can rotate them throughout the weeks and months. You can even plan your recipes based on the time of year.
Soups are amazing and easy ways to pack your meals with nutrients.
Home made vegetable beef soup is an amazing meal packed with so many awesome foods. I always add lots of cayenne pepper to all my soups and it is awesome and healthy. I love soups! Make a huge batch and you'll have plenty of meals.
What If You Need More or Less Calories?
All you have to do is make slight adjustments to the amount of food you are eating.
For example, add more walnuts during your morning snack if you need more calories for building muscle. Or, lower your portions just slightly each meal if you are trying to burn fat.
As you may know, I always recommend more cardiovascular exercise and movement versus lowering your calories too low.
If you eat following the WLC System Diet Plan, you won't need as much food and you'll get MORE NUTRIENTS! This is possible only by eating the healthiest foods all the time. Less overall food but more nutrients leads to a ripped and muscular body for men and a toned and sexy body for women.
The WLC System Diet Plan is THE best way to eat if you want to be happy, joyful, burn fat fast, and build muscle fast. Your body will heal itself as you eat this way.
No Alcohol or Other Poisons for Your Body
You don't need alcohol. If you must have it, you need to re-think your priorities. You can drink small amounts of wine (not sugary) or other alcohol that might have some benefits for you.
But truly, you don't need large amounts of alcohol for ANY reason.
You also don't need energy drinks, energy supplements, or anything like that. Check the ingredients label and notice all the chemicals you've never heard of and can't pronounce. Your body doesn't need that.
When you put this stuff in your body, your body has to use precious nutrients to help get rid of everything you've poisoned it with. You won't be building muscle. You won't be burning fat. Your body will instead be working hard to get that trash out of your body.
Don't put trash in your body. ONLY good things from here on out. Seriously.
The WLC System Diet Plan Will Save You Lots of Money
Eating the way I have shown you in the example above will save you lots of money too!
No more fast food and restaurants. It's amazingly expensive to eat that way. Yes, your groceries and foods for cooking will cost you a lot of money at once, but you will GREATLY save in the long run.
You will feel great.
You will get sick MUCH less often and maybe never at all. Since I've been using the WLC System Diet Plan, I have never been sick. If I stray from it at all and start eating unhealthy again, immediate issues arise. Immediately!
No more doctor bills.
If you stick to the WLC System Diet Plan from here on out, your body will heal itself. You might even be able to get rid of all the medicine you are taking (I DID!). Of course, you have to work with your doctor as I don't know all of the issues you have. Your doctor is your expert. But, I know you can do it.
REAL FOOD is amazingly powerful. But most of us don't eat real food. Well, today is the day to start.
Yes, this might be a HUGE change for some of you. The extra time it takes to make your own food will be saved elsewhere. No more driving out to restaurants multiple times per week. No more sitting on your butt and waiting for people to serve you food. You don't think of that time as wasted time because you're being lazy. But it's wasted time!!!
Instead, you will get up and move and make your own food. You want to be healthy once and for all? Stop letting everyone else serve you and make your own food. It's so much better! It gives you goals. Everyone can learn how to cook. It's your time now. Seriously, don't be lazy.
This is How the WLC System Diet Plan Works
Pack your body full of nutrients. Don't put anything bad in your body. Exercise and move all throughout the day. Lift weights progressively. Always get better with your weight lifting and exercise. Make adjustments to the amount of food you are eating and the amount of exercise you are doing.
This is the WLC System way. It will change your life! You will now love life just as I do. Your mind will be clear. You will be able to think clearly again. Your blood pressure will be perfect. Your body will feel like you're a child again.
You will make more money to support yourselves and your family because everything will work together much better for you when you start using the WLC System.
People don't want to be around grumpy and nasty acting people.
People want to be around fun, happy, energetic, and joyful people. The food you choose (NOTICE I SAID THIS IS YOUR CHOICE TO MAKE) to eat affects all of this GREATLY.
