Weight Lifting Complete exists to help you turn your life around. God gave you one life here on Earth. It's time to make the best of that life.
You found your way here for a reason. Whether you think so or not, everything happens for a reason. Will you take this path God is leading you towards? Or will you hit the back button and go somewhere else? It's your choice. God gave you the freedom to make your own choices.
I will not promise there won't be any struggles along your journey to building muscle and burning fat. When you conquer tough times, though, you always come out better than when you started.
Weight lifting is tough. Eating healthy is difficult. Finding the truth, though, is what makes all of this difficult. Weight Lifting Complete is here to make that part easy for you.

The WLC System
The WLC System. This is the muscle building and fat burning system I developed over many, many years. I struggled greatly to find the right way, but in the end I came out just fine. I want to share this system with you so you don't have to struggle the same way I did. All the answers are within the WLC System.
Weight Lifting
Weight Lifting. Your focus with weight lifting MUST be getting stronger. When you focus on getting stronger you will build muscle, strength, and power. If you focus on burning calories or weight loss, you will fail. I will teach you how to use other methods for those purposes. Use weight lifting to build muscle and strength.
– Weight Lifting Charts. You'll find all types of charts to help make your weight lifting workouts easier for you to organize and follow. I've been lifting weights for a long time so I know what makes this easier for you. Find it all here in this section.
– Weight Lifting Equipment. You will find a huge guide to all types of weight lifting equipment. From power racks to barbells to dumbbells and more. Find out everything you need to know so you have access to all the right equipment.
– Weight Lifting Exercises. You'll find the 7 core weight lifting exercises that I use for every weight lifting workout. I don't stop there, though. You'll find a HUGE selection of exercises here. Each will have exercise videos, tips to doing them correctly, and much more.
– Weight Lifting Schedule. Finding a good weight lifting schedule is vital to your success. You'll find help here within this section.
– Weight Lifting Techniques. Lifting weights with proper form and technique is very important. Your results will be much faster, and you'll make progress for much longer periods of time when you lift weights correctly.

Diet Plans
Diet Plans. When I use the word “diet” here at WLC, I'm not talking about a temporary way of eating. I'm talking about your normal diet which means the foods you eat and the drinks you drink every day. Diet is not temporary. It's the permanent way you eat to build muscle and burn fat.
– Healthy Drinks. You may be eating healthy, but you also need to be choosing the correct liquids to drink throughout each day. This doesn't include soda, fruit juices, energy drinks, soy milk, caffeine, and pasteurized milk.
– Healthy Foods. You've probably been tricked by all the evil food companies out there with their slick marketing and advertising. God made food pure but man has corrupted our food sources. Let's get back to the pure food God created for us.
– Healthy Meal Plans. You need to know how to put healthy foods and healthy drinks together throughout each day. Learn how to plan your meals within this section of the site.
– Healthy Recipes. You may not know what a truly healthy recipe looks like. The recipes you'll find here are PACKED full of nutrition. Each and every recipe you find here adds nutrition to your body and NEVER includes negative nutrition.
– Junk Food. Recognizing junk food is a very important skill you need to develop. I will go over obvious junk foods and their dangers as well as not so obvious junk foods disguised as health foods.
– Supplements. I'm not a big fan of most supplements. I'll go over many supplements including the good and the bad.
Cardiovascular Exercise
Cardiovascular Exercise. Please don't forget about your heart and cardiovascular system. Weight lifting is not enough. You need to be doing cardio regularly. Use cardio to improve health, fitness level, and to burn body fat quickly.
– Cardio Equipment. You can really make cardio fun with different pieces of cardio equipment. The same activity over and over is not just boring but will also limit your results.
– Cardio Exercises. All cardio doesn't have to be done indoors on cardio machines. Have some fun and try many different activities. You'll love all the cardio exercises you'll find here at Weight Lifting Complete.
– Cardio Workouts. From short and sweet cardio and conditioning workouts to longer duration medium intensity cardio workouts to high intensity interval training workouts. You'll find all the cardio workouts here.
Exercise Program
Exercise Program. You need to set goals for yourself and measure your progress towards those goals. When results slow, you simply make some adjustments to get the results rolling again.
Goal Setting. Setting goals for yourself is very important. You've got to know what you want in order to get the body you want. Learn how to set goals properly so they help you to get where you want to be.
Measuring Results. With the WLC System, you'll be measuring your results often. Measuring results allows you to make adjustments when results slow. This is VERY important and what sets the WLC System apart from any other muscle building or fat loss program.
Workout Log. Keeping a workout log when using the WLC System is a requirement. Without a workout log, you won't know the progress you're making. When you do this properly, you'll have real data to help you make the right decisions.
