You are required to keep a weight lifting log book at all times throughout this program.
I guess you don't have to if you don't want fast results. It's up to you.
BUT, you'll get much better progress if you keep track of everything.
I've provided you with an electronic version of the WLC log book for recording everything you need.
You can also carry a log book with you to the gym to record important information. It doesn't really matter what you use to keep track of all of the vital information as long as you record it somewhere.
I've used computers, yearly planners, and notebooks. They all work very well.
Do you know what I now use as my log book? I use my laptop computer and carry it to my basement where my home gym is located. This way I never have to transfer any information to my computer.
This is just another advantage of having a home gym.

Your log book will become very important to you. It will contain all the information you need to make consistent progress and continuous gains for the rest of your life.
Update your log book each and every day with vital information.
Record notes, ideas, new goals, motivational quotes, or anything else that will help you make progress. Your WLC Log Book is your new best friend and will help you get the body you've always dreamed of having.
Notice I said to add motivational quotes. These can really help.
You must, and I mean must, keep track of vital information to make the fastest progress possible. I want you to get the body of your dreams in the shortest amount of time. Keeping your log book updated each and every day is one of the keys to getting to your destination.
You'll be able to use past information to make further progress in the future. Take advantage of the information contained in your log book. You'll be light years ahead of people that blindly attempt to build their dream body each and every day.
Don't waste past experiences by not recording them. You can learn so much from past experiences.
