Any commercial gym should have the equipment you need to perform this workout program.
You will be using free weights so gyms that only have machines will not work. You need free weights and the equipment below to perform this program properly:
1. Power Rack
2. Olympic Barbell Sets
3. Adjustable Bench
4. Chin Up and Dip Station
5. Adjustable Dumbbells
6. Plate Mates
If you are looking to build your home gym, the equipment above is the basic equipment you should have. If you are working out at a commercial gym, your gym should have the above equipment.
If not, you should find a better equipped gym. Some gyms only have machines now, which is totally ridiculous.

One tip… most power racks will have a chin up bar so you might not need an additional chin up and dip station. Instead, you could get dip stands if your power rack has a good chin up bar.
Make sure you get dip stands that can handle very heavy weight because you will be adding weight to your body weight once you get stronger.
