Detailed Answer to Jessica's Questions About a Long Term Weight Lifting Program
Hey Jessica,
I am very glad you asked that question because it shows that you understand the long term importance of continuing to lift weights and workout.
Many people never realize this because they are only looking for a quick fix.
If you want a great looking body and you want to keep it permanently, you have to continue to exercise, workout, and eat properly. If you go back to the old ways and the old habits, then you will lose your body and your health will decline.

My wife just had our second little girl less than 2 years ago and she has already gotten rid of those extra jiggles =) And she really let it get out of control on our first child so she had a lot of work to do!

If you need to burn more body fat, you would then move onto the WLC Workouts Manual since you know how the WLC System works and have been through one of the Starter programs.
The WLC Workouts Manual includes over 9 different styles of weight training and over 70 different weight lifting programs. It will be your workout manual for life. It will be the only manual you will ever need for your weight lifting workouts.

Jonathan, I will direct you to the download pages… are you looking to build muscle or burn fat first? I like to have you focus on one before the other. If you have higher levels of body fat, you will want to start with the fat burning program. If you need more muscle first, you should start with that program. Let me know and I will direct you to the right program.
