Today, I received a question about what to do after the first 8 week weight lifting program.
The question is related to our starter WLC System programs.
We have weight lifting programs available to show YOU how the WLC System works.
We call these programs the “starter” weight lifting programs for the WLC System (all of these are available once you get a free membership to WLC):
- Curvaceous Lean and Sexy Muscle for Women
- Fabulous Fat Loss for Women
- BIG Time Muscle and Strength for Men
- Slice and Dice the Fat for Men
So the above 4 programs are the starter programs for both men and women. You can choose a muscle building program or a fat burning program.
So below, I will answer the questions posed by Jessica about what to do after you are finished with those programs.

Detailed Answer to Jessica's Questions About a Long Term Weight Lifting Program
I am very glad you asked that question because it shows that you understand the long term importance of continuing to lift weights and workout.
Many people never realize this because they are only looking for a quick fix.
If you want a great looking body and you want to keep it permanently, you have to continue to exercise, workout, and eat properly. If you go back to the old ways and the old habits, then you will lose your body and your health will decline.
So I made the WLC System to help change your entire lifestyle to a healthy one so you get to keep your amazing body for life. And you get to feel great and have great health as well.
My wife just had our second little girl less than 2 years ago and she has already gotten rid of those extra jiggles =) And she really let it get out of control on our first child so she had a lot of work to do!
She even got up to almost 220 pounds on our first child… up from 140. I know… she didn't believe it either. So it was really tough on her, but she has done an amazing job! And now she is looking better than ever.
So we know what you're talking about and what you're going through. If you follow the WLC System, they will all disappear. Sounds like you know it already takes hard work, so that's all it really requires once you start following the WLC System.
So here's how the timeline usually works:
You would start with the Fabulous Fat Loss program if you want to focus on losing body fat.
After the Fabulous Fat Loss program, you would re-assess where you are and see if you want to lose more body fat or try building some sexy curves through the Curvaceous program.
If you need to burn more body fat, you would then move onto the WLC Workouts Manual since you know how the WLC System works and have been through one of the Starter programs.
The WLC Workouts Manual includes over 9 different styles of weight training and over 70 different weight lifting programs. It will be your workout manual for life. It will be the only manual you will ever need for your weight lifting workouts.
So we have you all covered for life and permanent results with the complete WLC System package.
We'll even help you by suggesting the path to take in the WLC Workouts manual once you are finished with the Fabulous Fat Loss program and/or the Curvaceous program.
We're always here to help and support you along the way. We've done so for tens of thousands before you and will continue to do so. That's just something you won't get or find anywhere else.
You can do this… those jiggles will be long gone very soon! Let us know if you have any other questions. If you need help, just ask. We're here to help.
