You can expect to gain anywhere from 0.1 to 2 pounds of muscle per week with this program. In general, men may be able to gain more muscle per week than women who are at a lighter weight. This may not be true in some situations, though. In general, people with a lighter body weight will gain a lower quantity of muscle each week compared to someone who is at a larger body weight or someone who has a greater capacity to add body weight.
Within the WLC System Manual, I explain all the factors that affect your results. Everyone is different – some using this program might be very advanced weight lifters and some might be beginners who have never touched a weight before.
Beginners will get much faster results just because their body is not accustomed to this type of exercise. Advanced lifters are closer to their genetic limits and results will naturally be slower.
Your mind is VERY powerful so I want everyone to believe they can get spectacular results because you really can – I’ve seen it over and over with this program. Don’t let negative people EVER get you down. Many people will say: “That’s not possible.” Or “You can’t do that.” Or other negative things. In reality, you can and you will.
NEVER let anyone limit what you can do. God didn’t limit us. We are made in His image. If we believe, we can do anything. God says so in the Bible (His Word). And I’ll take what God says over any human who wants to limit you or me. No one can limit us. God has given us the right to do great things. Let’s do great things!
All you have to do is follow the guidelines within this program. Do the work and get the rewards each week. You will get very fast results.
