Without a doubt, morning is the best time to workout for many different reasons. There really is no comparison. If you get up early in the morning, there will be no distractions that prevent you from completing your workout.
You don’t have to worry about finding time to workout later in the day.
Just get up earlier than usual on your workout days, get to your gym (hopefully a home gym), and get that workout complete. You’ll feel better throughout the day, you’ll be more alert all
day, you’ll be more focused on your diet, and you don’t have to worry about doing your workout later in the day.
If I can get up at 3:50 AM to workout, you can do it too. Just get to bed earlier the night before. With some planning, you will never miss a workout and you’ll feel so much better.
Work will never get in the way. Kids will never get in the way. Things that just seem to “pop up” later in the day won’t affect your workouts. You’ll be up and finished with your workout before anyone else even thinks about getting up.
If you don’t think you can workout early in the morning, you would be wrong. Your body will adapt. You might feel tired the first few workouts, but you’ll love the feeling only after a few
morning workouts.
Make sure to always have your pre-workout smoothie before you lift weights. You’ll need the energy because you’ve been fasting while sleeping.
I made the switch from afternoon workouts to morning workouts. There’s no comparison. Workout in the morning from here on out. You’ll be more consistent, and you’ll get better results. Period.
If for some reason you cannot workout in the morning, choose the best time for you. No matter what, doing your workouts is THE most important thing. The exact time is not as important as doing them (not even close). Morning workouts are great because you won’t have ANY distractions because most people are still sleeping. They can’t distract you.
