If you decide to use this program, you need to make sure you read and understand the entire program before trying it… for example, when you see 3 sets of 15 reps — this does not mean you need to get all 15 reps for all 3 sets.
Instead, you'll do 15 reps the first set, rest, then do the second set, rest, then do the third set. But you don't have to get 15 reps on the second and third sets. Stop those sets when rep speed slows.
